Great for the price. Bed left something to be desired. My back was sore all week. If you like sleeping on a metal futon bed with a slightly thicker than normal futon mattress you'll be ok. No room service. Dirty linens must be brought down to front desk. Full size refrigerator, 2 burner counter top. You pretty much get what you pay for.

Amazing rates with clean rooms and friendly staff!! Plus the rooms have cook tops and full size refrigerator, only downfall us there's no cookware but I never asked if they has it which they may!!

Staying at this hotel has Turned in to the worst experience ever. Whatever you do, do not give them your credit card information. We are in February now. I have been out of that hotel since October. And as a few days ago was charged over a $1000 I am a single mom of two teenagers the landlord of the house. I renting for 3 1/2 years was selling the house I try for three mouths to find something in the same area to keep my kids in same school they both play football and Wrestling so we stay at the woods Springs in september to the middle of october I payed 1003.84 Every other sunday the last week I payed early on Friday for two more week the next day my kids were play around and the crazy Manager Came banging on my door and threatening us to kick us out yelling and Cursing at my kids I find a apt that day and we moved out I ask for my two week back over a 1000 dollar plus my 100 and they would not return my money I wrote A bad review and the manager called and said she would give me my money back 500 some dollars which she lied and never got back. All the money I made for the mouth when to the hotel left us with a 100 left over for the month also while I was staying there I had surgery so I could not work for a week things were Tough After that not getting the money back from hotel for two week we were not there our phone got shut off lost my car insurance everything when to the apt I finally get back on track and mouth later the hotel charges my credit card 1003.84 Overdrafts my account leaving me with no money and can't pay my rent today please be careful pay with cash horrible place a horrible experience dont know how the manager sleeps at night thank you for making things harder on me

You have to do your own room keeping. They're hiding behind Covid19 like many other places and bringing it as a excuse, so you have to work for them. I'll stay here for free! Not paying! No breakfast 1 star

I initially left a bad review. But after the manager working with me on some issues she gets 5 stars. And the gentleman at the front desk handled everything with professionalism.

CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME NIGHT !!!!! The manager and front desk said it was "just a hold and that it would be removed in 3 busses days." That was NOT true....32 days later, still fighting to get my money back from this drifter/ homeless type of "Hotel" Weekly Rate's !!! signs everywhere should say it all

Not a bad Hotel stay. I stayed Friday - Sunday for the month of July and August. This was a business trip doing Security at Dorney Park. The front desk woman was a huge help when my room key decided to not work several times ?. Otherwise it's really nice. Has a two burner stove, microwave, and fridge.

Room ok!!! When I arrived I was told about a $100 deposit that wasn't stated anywhere on website. Says it's a smoke free facility and no smoking 25 feet from building yet when I arrived man was at front door smoking. Then to find out he was the employee that checked me in. Then to find out there was no ice machine!!!![ WHAT HOTEL HAS NO ICE MACHINE!!! THIS ONE] I had to go to Wawa to get some. With the room being $115 and $100 deposit I could have stayed at a 5 star hotel. I know for next time. I would never ever stay here or ever recommend it. Any one reading this, do yourself a favor and book a different Hotel.

When I arrived I was told that there was $100 refundable deposit however when I reserved the room it said there was a $50 refundable deposit. Its been a week and still do not see the refund on my credit card.The room smelled like old cigarette smoke and the website says 100% smoke free. Also, after being there for an hour it smelled like weed. The laundry area smelled like mold and mildew. We left to grab dinner and when we came back the room reeked of weed as if someone had a party in there while we were gone. Asked to be put in another room due to family member being asthmatic and that couldn’t happen because the hotel was sold out. Front desk came up to the room and said "it smells like this all the time". She sprayed room freshener in the AC unit but after a few minutes that odor returned.Complimentary coffee in lobby but no cups, sugar, or creamer.We will not stay here again.

If I could post this with 0 stars, I would have done that. My daughter stayed here for 4 weeks, maybe longer and she had nothing but problems from the General manager. She's very rude and doesn't want to hear anything you have to say. She kept her deposit even though they left the room at 11am ( was on the phone with her so i'm well aware) and the lady claimed they checked out at 1pm. her attitude is rude and she acts as if she owns this hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

With the exclusion of the female clerk on Sunday evenings the staff is horrible. Myra the female on shift during the week days is nasty and hung up the phone on me while inquiring about my extended stay. She refused to give me any information for corporate. The hotel manager (the guy) refused to assist in an overpayment dispute as well. The hotel doesn't have hot water at 8 am and the hours of 4pm-7pm. They also refuse to give clean linen when you ask. I would not recommend this location at all.

The first night . There was no heat so I slept with clothes and blanket. Went to front desk the lady said to my husband to put the heat on for an hour . My husband said we had it on for 12hours . So she said she will check it in 10 min. She then came. To the room tried to fix the heater but couldn't. She then said we. Would have to move to another room. On Friday night it was very loud in the hallway. People were yelling,screaming at 12:30pm-2am. Then it stopped. This hotel looks beautiful on the outside but its terrible. Do not waste your money. They also don't do any housekeeping and you have to make your bed. If you need towels you have to bring them to utility closet person. the old ones and then u get new ones. Ghetto hotel. Crack hotel.
