  Terrible service Bill is underwhelming at best no follow through if you need something hound him or it won’t be done his word is worthless
  Avoid you’re just $$$ in his eyes, no customer service. Typical take your $$$ insurance company might as well go with a big company they care about the same. 15+ years with this person told me he would take care of something and allowed me to lapse since he did not follow through with his WORD. He hung me out to fry and cost me thousands of $$$’s. You will regret doing business with this $$$$ first man.

  Bill is a great insurance agent! He was able to save me $260/year from my previous auto insurance company. He will search for every discount that you can possibly get. Great customer service, as he sincerely cares about you!
