“Competitive gas prices but it's a little confusing to purchase gas. I'm a Sam's member but I don't have a new card. Therefore I needed help and the employee wasn't happy that I didn't't have membership card”

“Locally I use the Sam’s Club Pharmacy in Allentown Pa. The staff especially John is the best I have ever done business with. My prescription plan changed this year, but instead of going to Walgreens where I would get several of my prescriptions for free, I prefer going to Sam’s for a small extra charge because I feel I get better service and honest, knowledgeable answers to my questions.”
“Place is fine but have Sam's club greeters do nothing and YOU have to get the carts yourself many times. more human cashiers and registers sometimes there is a wait.”
“I always get 10 items or less so that I can walk out and have them scan three items in my cart and then send me on my way. Everything is conveniently done through the app, including scanning of my items. It is such a efficient way of shopping and I just totally love it! It’s always a good experience when shopping for my 10 or less items at Sam’s Club.But I’m only giving it four stars because when I go to the gas station for some reason, all of a sudden my registered credit card doesn’t work with the app when buying gas. I can buy groceries and everything from Sam’s Club but when I go to their gas station, all of a sudden it doesn’t work, so I’m a little confused.”
“I've been quite happy with my experiences at this Costco Tire Center. I've had them install tires on at least three of my vehicles and they did a good job each time. I had them look at a slow leak I was having, since there is tire hazard coverage included, but the tire had multiple punctures within a certain distance and the tire had to be replaced. Recently I had them replace TPMS sensors which failed at under three years. They installed the original sensors that I supplied when I had new tires installed, and they worked with me this time to install replacement sensors that I had already purchased, since I had made an appointment, even though the company policy is now to only install the sensors that they sell. Good people working the front desk and on the vehicles. They are always crazy busy here.”
“Costco, Allentown has to be one of the best run of all wholesale clubs. The store is spotless and the men's room is clean as well. In general, I prefer Costco to Sam's Club. Costco just seems to be run better in my opinion. There are plenty of inventory items to choose from at Costco, Allentown. Merchandise is organized in an easy to understand manner. Meats, fish and poultry are all top quality. Considering the high quality of the food, the prices are reasonable. A club is only as good as the employees. Costco, Allentown employees are friendly and genuinely helpful. At the checkout, the cashiers and assistants always give me a warm greeting when approached. Sometimes they will ask how I like a particular product. I am pleased that they take an interest in the merchandise. Refunds are easy and service at the refund desk is both friendly and prompt. I have never had a problem returning something to Costco. I think Costco employees must be treated well by management as they appear to be happy to be working there. This is a plus for consumers. I tried to think of an area where there could be improvement. Costco offers free flat fixes for tires purchased there. However, due to a loyal following at the tire center, one would need to make an appointment for service on most days. So it might pay to just go to a local service station and have a flat fixed while one waits even though there will be a charge. The tire center is very popular because of honest reliable service. Customers are always treated with respect at Costco, Allentown.”

“We have a Sam's club membership but got a deal with BJ's, $10. for the year. What the heck, give it a try. I still prefer Sams club for the prices but get frustrated because they will discontinue selling certain items after some time. Not sure, maybe BJ's does the same thing. Probably won't renew next year”
“Tamera in the bakery dept was amazing. I went at 6pm the night before I needed a cake made and she was so pleasant and happy to do it even though it was last min . She really cares about her job and the cake looks great! She needs to win employee of the month”
