My work account is through Wells Fargo. I have been dropping off check deposits through the drive thru here for years when they are to high to feel comfortable mailing them in. It is going to a business account that has been established for 20 years and the checks are coming from other businesses. The last time I went, I was required to give them my ID to do the deposit. There was no difference than any other time I have deposited and I am depositing into an account that has nothing to do with me yet now I need to have my ID on file with them? When I asked the question the teller just ignored me; said absolutely nothing. Will never return. Absolutely ridiculous.

Waited 16 mins in the drive thru. No greeting (that I heard) when I pulled up. Another two minutes before I was asked what I'd like to do with what I'd sent to them. Thanked me at the end at least. Not very friendly.Came back 5 years later to the same rude service. Waited. Online booked an appointment in between me being assured I could create an account. Disappointed no changes were made. You lost customers Mike.

I went through the drive thru today waited 12 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was actually there. Pressed the microphone button to get someone's attention. Lady rudely says I'm the only one running transactions on the teller line. Expressed to the Lady that she should of let me know that 12 minutes ago when I was left waiting with no acknowledgement. My transaction was literally a 3 minute transaction and I was at thrive thru for a total of 20 minutes on my lunch break. This interaction was not to have taken this long and then gave me a negative response.

I wouldn’t enter this branch again if I was held at gunpoint. Complete incompetence and borderline stupidity at every turn, from the tellers to the bankers. I can’t believe the knuckle-draggers at this branch actually get PAID regularly when they have the same work ethic, understanding of their jobs and the brainpower of a toddler

Horrible customer services sat in here over 15 minutes no rep ever came to me and asked if i needed help. Also it was no sign in book to even sign in for assistance i needed to sit down with a rep to get my issues resolved this was an inconvenience i was the only customer sitting to be helped and no one came or even said gove me a few secs ill be over in a moment i was basically invisible the customer service sucks at this location!!

Friendly and efficient tellers and personal bankers, like Edwin Vega or Sue and colleagues at the Allentown S. Fourth St. branch..
