I had a very nice experience in this branch today. The staff( a youngmale) working 11/15/23 around 1130am sitting alone in theleft corner from the entrance going above and beyond to help me with some bank issues which I had problems with. Thank you, really appreciate!

Been to this location a few times never had a problem. I came in on Saryrday morning to resolve a situation with one of my accounts nothing mayor. Went inside waiting area was full understandable on a Saturday morning waited for a bit I asked to go to the restroom since bank closes at 12pm was already 11:30 AM been here since 10:30AM asked one of the clerks if I can use the restroom since I have been waiting to speak to one of the other clerks at the desk re my account never thought restroom was going to be DENIED! to my understanding Wells Fargo has one concentrated word " COURTESY " ?

Been to this bank twice. Both times very unhelpful and one of the times very rude also waited in line about ten minutes. If it was busy, ok I get that. Three people in line and 6 people behind the counter with one teller and one drive up window open. That I don't get. Advise going anywhere else for your banking if you can.

I would never bank with this company if I didn't have to. I made a purchase on line with the Apple Store and had committed money in my account to it and a week later when it came time for Apple to collect Wells Fargo would not honer the transaction. I spent the whole day getting the money to Apple. Worst banking company ever. No wonder they are under fire.

I'll never go there again I'm still waiting on a returned check that they couldn't cash for over 2weeks now
