First time there. Only in one part of the store, planning on going back again, this time to shop.

Best grocery store other than Trader Joe's in terms of produce & meat freshness and selection for reasonable prices. And by far the best grocery store in the area! More affordable than Whole Foods, and family owned. Fantastic cheeses, fish, chicken, deli, desserts, produce, and specialty diet options (diabetic, gluten-free, keto, etc.) LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Just wish they let me bring my own coffee mug, as I get their fresh coffee every time I shop!

It's a blessing to have places like this.

It's fine for a higher end grocery store but careful on their prices. They can be normal for certain things and then exorbitant for others, especially if they do any handling of it. 11.99 for 6 wings off a buffet line seems a bit slick pricing. It's not like I was going to return them.

Wegmans! You used to be the love of my life. What’s happened to you?The hot food bar has skyrocketed in price (what is it, $16 per pound now? What, do you think we’re made of money?), while the quality absolutely does not match this change—in fact, the quality has significantly dropped…and there is way less hot food variety to choose from. I used to tell everyone I knew that the macaroni and cheese here was the best macaroni and cheese I’d ever had. Not anymore! What happened? Cost cutting, I presume? Well, you’re not getting my money here after these changes. The pub is gone! What’s with that? The pub used to be such a gem, with a cozy atmosphere, melt-in-your-mouth rosemary bread, and dishes that were impressive but affordable. I loved coming here on weekends with family and friends. I remember the fish tacos were so good, and the truffle fries were to die for.The coffee bar was always a joy to visit. I used to get customized drinks there. Now that’s gone too? Really?Your lodge-style dining room was always so open and inviting; a nice place to eat the hot food that, you know, used to be worth my money (at least the pizza still rocks, I guess)—now it is closed off to employees only, just like the upstairs lounge area was over a decade ago (still so sad about that one!).The tea samples! Are you kidding me? Those are gone too? Well, they have been for a while, but I’m still mad about it.Other than my critiques, I suppose I can usually find what I need here, and the produce here is always fresh…so points to you guys for that, I guess—but you still lose two extra stars I would have happily provided, had you asked for my rating a few years ago. A lot of your charm is gone, and now I mostly shop elsewhere. What does make you special nonetheless, despite all the bones I have to pick with you, is the atmosphere of this store. It’s very unique. I love how it stands out from just about every other store in the area. Not too much has been changed in terms of design since it opened (this is a good thing), and you’ve stayed true to your distinguishable Wegmans theme, which you get huge points for from me. Just…please, for goodness’ sake…breathe more life into this place again, for of us shoppers who are looking for every reason we can find to stay loyal. This used to be, not just a grocery store, but an experience. Now, I find it difficult to say the same.Sincerely,A used-to-be big-time Wegmans fan

I think Wegmans has the best produce out of all the markets around me...Times are very hard right now to keep the shelves stocked, but they do a pretty good job, if you don't see something you need, come back a day or two later & they usually are stocked back up...love their deli, you can either buy pre-sliced or wait to get freshly sliced meats & cheeses. Their bakery is wonderful! Many varieties of breads, rolls, bagels, doughnuts, etc... Excellent cheese section...I usually go early in the morning and it's not so crowded...UPDATE: Still a great market...very fresh produce????, made ahead meals, great seafood dept, fresh made sushi?, great bakery w/ wonderful breads ?, great deli & I can go on & on!!! Prices have gone up a bit, but face it, prices have gone up everywhere!!! ? Ugh!! UPDATE: still the same, excellent fresh fruits & veggies...same w/ the bakery & all the other specialties.... UPDATE: Still the same. The freshest produce, best in store bakery, etc...all the things I wrote before...???? ?? ???????, etc... UPDATE: still the same, although I just found out that they are getting rid of the coffee shop around September...will still have all your favorite coffees, but will be self serve... UPDATE: Still the same... It is my favorite grocery store...love their produce & bakery...sushi is good also... picture I posted is the fresh shipment of mums for a fall. Their plants are very good & reasonable... UPDATE:Still the same...great produce, great bakery & all the other goodies you may want...
