I have, prior to this experience, had no issues with the pharmacy. This last experience has not been good. I arrived to pick up a Rx and was told it is back ordered and maybe they would have it next month, three + weeks away. I would have appreciated a call as it was after 8 pm and there were no other pharmacies readily available to contact and potentially transfer the Rx. I was going to be overdue for my dosing. The next day I contacted my MD and an alternative was called in, he suggested I confirm they have it available. I called, was told the cost, and informed it would be ready by 1 pm. I arrived at 5:45 pm to be told they have to order the medication and it will be available tomorrow. I am now further past my dosing. This will be my third trip tomorrow to hopefully receive my medication.

Complete disconnect between the call center and local people. Call center says meds are prepared and local staff have no clue. Awful experience.

Wegmans Pharmacy is extraordinary. They will work with your insurance or a script savings card like GoodRX to find the best price for your medication. They text when they receive the request and text when it’s filled. The customer service is always helpful and their pharmacists are knowledgeable. I have cancer so I need numerous refills throughout the month. They know me by name and authentically care about my healing and health.

I'm sorry if I go into a store and spend $50 on five items you can't give me a 5 Cent paper bag to carry my items out with so anyways I didn't get the bag and I drop some of my items in the parking lot so I won't be shopping here again thank you.

Wegmans pharmacy staff are phenomenal. Always helpful, polite, knowledgeable and friendly! The Pharmacist explained to me about the Medicare Donut Hole with regards to my Grama's more expensive medication, which I had no clue about. Thank you for your help!!

great staff offering excellent customer service ... prescriptions are ready as promised .... staff shows amazing understanding taking the time to explain dosage , possible side effects etc and always asks if you have any questions or concerns about medication. prices are generally very competitive

Our family always shop at local Wegmans at the Tilghman street in Allentown, PA. Good store, always good and quality product, but pharmacy feels like not The Wegmans Pharmacy, more like they not belong to the store. Before I was thinking why not a lot of people around the pharmacy, always pretty busy all other departments but not Pharmacy, today I understand why ? Just because who work there very rude, and not the regular stuff but exactly the pharmacist. All what I ask can they do for me shingles vaccine, and in the beginning they told me no problem, just feel the form and pay, but pharmacist Adrienne Camp Williams say no, we not going to do it because You did not make first shot in here and You are not our customer...Waw, we always in top 10 spenders in this particular store , how I know because the store manager give it to as some gifts in beginning of the year for thank You to be a top 10 our customer. And this moment I'm understand why Wegmans pharmacy always empty, they just do not want to work, what for ? Easy just say You are not our customer get lost . Some friends say try to Whole Foods, I guess eventually everyone will...
