Let me start off by saying I've worked in the automotive business for over 24 years and consult for a major domestic automotive manufacturer. I do not like to mix my personal business with professional, so I took a chance at trying out WBAC to sell my older vehicle.
I first made my appointment online and it was surprisingly easy to do. The folks at WBAC confirmed my appointment and I received texts to make sure I brought the right paperwork and reminders of when I was to be there. Upon arrival, I found that the person I was supposed to meet with was not there and someone else helped me out. His name was Carter, and he was incredible to work with!
Carter was professional and personable from the very start and welcomed the fact that I knew how the business worked. He walked me through every step of the process, which was very thorough I might add, and I was impressed with his knowledge of vehicles. When the inspection and test drive was complete, Carter offered me and my fiancée to come inside and have some cold water while he completed the paperwork. After their offer, I felt my vehicle was worth a little more and Carter worked with his people to come to a compromise which I was happy with. I left my vehicle with him and with me, a check in an amount I was happy with. The most easy transaction ever.
In the end, my fiancée and I made a new friend in Carter. Finding talent like his and coupled with such a pleasant and carefree personality, is very difficult to find. Carter is truly an asset to the company and should be promoted immediately either as a franchise owner, or trainer for the company. If not, I may have to steal him away. I have many automotive connections... Thank you Carter for winning me, a harsh skeptic, over. I highly recommend WBAC and especially Carter as your man. Keep being you my friend!!!
