Everytime and I mean every time I go here to get a family soup of something they tell me we are out literally everytime but then will continue to give out the soup they are out of if you want a family soup go to a different one

I like wawa in general but this location is beyond miserable. Every time i have ordered it took forever for them to make the order. Most of the time its because the workers prioritize talking to each other or making food for themselves over the customer. the last visit i waited over 15mins for a plain toasted bagel to be told it wasnt started yet, tried to get a refund and the cashier didnt know how to, my break was over and i had to go back to work without the bagel nor my money.

I did not do a timer but I think it just took 29 minutes from the time I ordered until order received. One turkey hoagie.
The grand finale was the person wrapping was using the back of their gloved hand to swipe his nose.

I ordered a spicy turkey club. My favorite. But not this time. It took approximately 25 minutes for them to make it because the staff was
to busy talking and joking around than working. Then when I got home, I noticed my sandwich was dry because they completely missed the chipotle sauce. What a disappointed.

The truck parking is a free for all people park how they want and some people leave their truck park while they go home, parking lot smells like piss

I was craving a breakfast quesadilla with egg whites and bacon. It was delicious!! And i heard they brought back the Green pineapple matcha smoothie so i had to get it. Great way to start my morning.

Generally like WaWa as a store. However this location for trucker amenities gets 1 star. Situated right next to industrial area (what part of Allentown area isn’t really) it is always busy. Been stopping here for years but in the last 10 pretty well cannot find parking. Sign says no overnight parking. The whole length of the lot is bobtails backed in. Cars saving spots on the trailer side. Local fleets have multiple trucks parked there. Dropped trailers. Wawa would do better if more drivers could access the store. And don’t park out on the street to wait for a parking spot to open. Local yokels will be right there to write a ticket. These towns want what they want but can’t provide us with basics needs aka side street parking

Asked about my order and one of the crew members snapped at me for simply asking if my order was completed after waiting for close to 45 minutes. Numerous people that ordered after me were getting their orders despite me ordering 1 item that wasn’t difficult to make. When I got the order, the crew member said “oh yeah, we have been calling it for awhile” despite me standing there the entire time. I visit this location a lot as it’s the closest one to me and time again and again, the service is slow, food is inconsistent, and numerous times I had to ask for drinks to be remade. I don’t understand how someone can look at a drink that clearly isn’t made right and serve it. I ordered a Frozen Chai and what I got was brown ice in a cup with a faint Chai flavor. When I asked about remaking it, the girl gave me a dirty look. These were two different instances that occurred a matter of a couple months apart. This location needs to work on its customer service as it’s gone very downhill.

Truck lot needs enforcement to come back, to many park and leave for 4 days
