Worst customer service over there feeling like you’re in zoo rude people most of them , their coffee are the worst between noon and afternoon some of the managers friendly but the lady manager is unprofessional at all , one of the girl making ice drinks needs to be trained how to talk with the customers, Egyptian guy is good and willing to help , I give up on my hazelnut coffee because of the taste and the service, moving to iced latte i got tons of ice in my 16 oz cup , they are becoming the worst and they’re losing their customers, I didn’t talk about the parking part ?♂️? time to move another place

My boyfriend went to get me a tuna sandwich and they skipped over his order, my boyfriend told a male worker about the order and the worker told him whatever I'll make it now , my boyfriend also got Materilla sticks, they are all yellow.Even the cheese from the inside is yellow.It seems like they don't change their oil in their fryer or clean it.It was very disgusting

"I was charged $0.75 for avocado spread but didn't receive it. The service was poor, with rude staff who spoke while making sandwiches, spitting on the food. It's disgusting. These employees are ruining Wawa's brand. I won't go there again and strongly advise others not to either. Let this Wawa go bankrupt and close down.

Made an order through app and when I went to pick it up the person working cash register canceled the order and wouldn’t refund me or give me the food. Instead they gave me a number to call.

Bad service.. they gave me the wrong order.. and for that they don't even give me a refund.. or they bring me the correct order.. terrible service.. the money is hard to earn.. And they think there is nothing to solve. .. The problem.... I will never recommend that place.. terrible service..

This place is filthy inside and out. Nothing is maintained. The gas pumps get stuck where you can’t shut them off. Gas everywhere. And the NEVER have gas receipts. Someone light a match!

Twice in past two months I got a hoagie, and paid for extra cheese, and didn’t get it. If anything, I got less cheese than normal.Secondly, last week I got coffee there and the coffee cup leaked and fell apart 5 mins after pulling out of parking lot.Lastly, today i stopped cause I needed something to eat and figured a hot dog would be hard to screw up. No ketchup and where condiments are kept is nasty.

Wawa is the best! This location can be found in Allentown off of Union Blvd. This location has 12 pumps and they are open from 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM. I do my best to stay out of Allentown so I don't visit this store very often. I recommend downloading the app if you haven't already. It makes pumping your gas and ordering coffee/food that much easier.

First- I would like to say, that Wawa has been one of my favorite lunch destinations for many years. I work close by to this location and I have been coming to this place for many years... since it opened. Which brings me to my point. Over the years, Wawa has presented very innovative menu items and strategies that just totally exceed the competition and overall expectations. The service is always great, even when you consider the impact that COVID had on the industry. This is all about the value and quality of product being offered for the $$. I have seen the value of their offering decline over the last few years. Their great hoagies have become little more than a couple slices of meat with a sprinkling of lettuce an other ingredients selected to accompany the sandwich. Today, was the topper...I absolutely LOVE the turkey stuffing bowl and I cant wait till they have this every season. But WOW........what a total disappointment today. I wish I could have taken a picture to show you. I am not kidding when I say... I think there was maybe 3 little pieces of turkey, a tablespoon of stuffing and one little scoop of mashed potatoes with maybe a teaspoon of gravy. I get it... I know all about portion control...I have been in the food business all of my life... but this is just a total rip off anymore. What happened to wawa? I have to say unfortunately, I need to check this place off of my list to go to for lunch.

The food service here is 50/50 on what you're going to get. What you ordered could be good or get you sick as all heck. Fuel service here is the worst. People are inconsiderate and just park at the fuel islands to go inside because they seem to be afraid their vehicle will melt if it come in contact with the sun. Even the pumps are a crapshoot if they have receipt paper or work (especially the diesel pumps). After using this Wawa, I would rather go to a shady gas station than this place. If I could give a 0 stars I would. Been like this for at least 4 years now and only keep returning as it is a preferred fuel vendor for my job. Otherwise, you couldn't pay me to go to a Wawa!
