None of the drivers speak english. They ripped me off and the driver. Didn't understand and i'm still waiting for a refund since march twenty ninth.

I came here last week to get a new tire, asked the guy about the clearance and I'm assuming the manager came out and was super aggressive saying "we won't mount em" bc they're on clearance repeatedly anyways long story short they didn't have my size in clearance. So I get a new tire and I'm like cool thinking they will put it on. WRONG now he comes back around saying you have to buy two to mount it. I ask if that policy he says yes. Well don't you know my bf needed a new tire today so we went over to the auto center a Spanish guy is buying four tires and being refused the mounting service.... something is not adding up, also got the managers name ... BILL. So what's the policy walmart? Do you let your managers create their own policies? Absolutely ridiculous

This is a very poorly managed Walmart. Probably the worst I’ve seen. The store is filthy. The entryway sidewalks are covered with old mashed in chewing gum. For crying out loud, get somebody out there with a pressure washer and clean the place up.
It’s hard to find an employee who speaks English. One time I had to find three different employees before I finally found one who could speak English and give assistance.
To top it off, the greeters are mean and unfriendly!

We got here early Saturday morning hoping to get in and out quick. It wasn’t that busy - we got our groceries fast. The checkout experience was BAD. most everything was self checkout, but there were a bunch of self checkout lanes that were closed. We had to stand in line on long time before we could start scanning items. Not enough people working to oversee SELF CHECKOUT! So frustrating.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in a store. Worth the 5 minute drive to either Target or Giant depending on what you need. Avoid this trashy dump of a store at all costs!!!

Tried calling the store operator and it rang for over 2 minutes with no answer. Just wanted a simple question answered which will now cause me to go somewhere else. This can be better.

They allow truck parking which is fantastic, but they are extremely uptight about needing your ID to get medicine. I'm very clearly a woman in her 40's and was trying to get cough medicine for my son that was standing there coughing. Ridiculous.

Lotions and stuff are locked up behind a case. Rang the useless bell, waited around 5 minutes, no one came. Ordered the stuff I wanted off Amazon instead of ringing the useless bell again. It’s stupid this stuff is locked up to begin with.

Called auto service multiple times for about an hour before getting an answer. When I finally got a hold of someone i told them i needed to add a service and they told me they would just add it when I got there in a few days and it shouldn't be a problem. I asked multiple times your sure youll be able to do that and it wont be an issue and i was assured it would be fine. When I got there I was told I needed to schedule the service ahead of time and they couldn't fit me in today. Huge waste of my time

I tried to call them because I left a bag there by accident and nobody answered the phone. I tried to call a different service to see if they can transfer me but again nobody picked up the phone. Very dissatisfied

The bathrooms are never clean or working properly.

The app tells you to go to a certain aisle and location for your item. It's never there. Many items in the grocery area are missing prices. There's never anyone in customer service to give the customer any service
