Pharmacy tech Poor customer service. Rude with very poor communication skills. Do better. Saying there is a change & when asked when it occurred the answer shouldn't be when it changed! Shameful words matter

Not sure what the point of making customers register online is if the pharmacy is going to ask you for the same exact information when you arrive. Also, I get being busy, but you can still provide a simple "hello, I'll be right with you" or something (as I'm standing in front of you at the window for 10 minutes)...

This Pharmacy is the Worst!!! They never give you all your meds they only say one is available only.. This happened 3 times this past week... Always different pharmacist every week here I wonder why they probably getting fired for the poor job they are doing. This is people's lives they are playing with. Diabetic medication and sensors. Get it together Walgreens!!!!!!!!!!

This is my third trip here. Trying to do something so simple, just print 2 photos on posters. The first time, the website was cropping my photos randomly- even though the aspect ratios matched the printing sizes. So I left. I tried doing it on the phone, then the photos fit, but the color changed. Today while at work, I placed an order at 3pm. The photos weren't randomly warped to different aspect ratios, and the colors were correct. Happy days. And when I arrive at 9pm (which is when I told the employee over the phone that I would arrive, after asking if that would be a bad time to come), I'm told the photos are marked as printed, but they're not on the shelf, and the manager can't find them. I ask the night manager if I can just re-order them immediately (9:00pm) and wait around or come back in 30 minutes for them to print. She tells me "yes, or come back tomorrow and ask the morning staff where they misplaced them." I re-order them, she then tells me they may not print in the hour remaining and that she's counting the cash drawers.I understand its annoying when a customer comes in as you're closing your retail store (I just left from my retail job where I closed). But this is the third time I've been here. Not to mention the diarrhea quality website issues. I'll come back in the morning for the FOURTH time, but this is a terrible experience. And whatever margins are made on prints will be lost, I'll go anywhere else after this experience ?

First of all, I do understand that a lot of what I am about to say is due to the huge uptick in the Omicron variant. Having said that, I will proceed. I had an appointment for my booster shot at the location on Hanover Ave. The first thing that I noticed, was the dirty floors. When I got back to the pharmacy area, there were discarded beverage bottles underneath the chairs in the waiting area. The staff were extremely busy, overwhelmed no doubt. I had to wait nearly an hour for my shot because the provider was late. By the time she got there, a line had formed. I hated every minute that I had to spend in that store, being exposed to more and more germs. In reading past reviews, I can see that this location has gone downhill in the past five years or so. It's sad, really! When I first came to the Lehigh Valley, the Walgreen's chain was my favorite pharmacy to go to. They were always clean and efficient. Now it looks like a huge ghetto.

The pharmacy here has really gone downhill. Not enough staff for the amount of traffic that goes through there. Very long wait times even going through the drive-thru. Don't go there unless you have at least a half hour to waste.

Convenience as far as proximity to home. Have an issue with pharmacy. For those who don't know, SPBP card will cover your co-pay for your prescriptions. Every time I present my card, it's always a problem. Yesterday, pharmacist Nicole rudely told me SPBP doesn't cover co-pays. I responded - just as rudely - that it does. Fifteen aggravating minutes, I left paying zero dollars for my meds. No apology from pharmacist. This happens every time. Surely someone can inform pharmacy department - hang a sign or something??? I have little time and no patience for misinformed, rude pharmacist.
