I been on the phone more then 4 hr all you hear is that message then come men voice then have up on you that been for 2 day trying to fill my son meds no one answer

This is the worst excuse for a pharmacy in the entire Lehigh Valley they let their patients medications run out and think nothing of them being without meds for one or two days they tell them they're going to autofill them they do not you get to the pharmacy when you've gotten a text that says that it's ready only to find out you have to come back in a half an hour when it's ready you come back in a half an hour only to find out they don't have what you need in stock and you have to wait until the next day they care nothing about the people they serve

They have a sign at their drive through indicating only one lane is open for use. So of course I am in that lane, with three cars ahead of me. Some girl goes to the other (supposedly closed) lane and gets served before us who have been sitting there. I don't know why she could get preference to us who had been awaiting our turn. All I can say is that I hope our new insurance company isn't going to force us to stay with Walgreens. Really bad experiences with this place.

The pharmacy manager Donnie needs to be fired. I have witnessed him be rude to not only myself and other customers over the years. But today on more than one occasion he was rude to two employees today whom one was trying to reach the other how to do something. I felt so bad for those employees whom have to work in those harsh conditions with him. I tolerate his rudeness when I’m there because it’s only for a short time but these employees have to deal with this on a daily basis. Something should be done with him and to think he has been with Walgreens 12 years. Maybe he needs retraining because you don’t speak to a customer let alone an employee the way he does. Maybe next time I should record it and post it on social media so others can see this behavior. Walgreens is losing a customer for sure taking my prescriptions elsewhere where I don’t get talked down to and treated like a rug on the floor by this man.

I been having lots off problems with my medications. I spend by 8 minutes waiting for help .i used to recive text or phone call when my meds ware ready 'when i need refills 'when any situation comes ups ' im not getting the evry month suplements off medications that i got and need to used for my treatments its sad i been a costumer for over 20 years and the revews are stunning 'i hope that evrything gets fix i dont like to change my medications from one farmacy to others sincerely Carmen
