Pharmacy is incompetent. Basic meds are never on hand, it’s a wild goose chase to get your prescription, no one answers the phone & it’s constant confusion within the pharmacy at pick up. Not to mention the pharmacy hours are ABSURD. I can see why Walgreens is bankrupt. I’m transferring to CVS & after being a customer for over 15 years, I will NEVER go back.

I normally prefer walgreens to other pharmacies. During this visit seemed like the person that appeared to be manager on duty was frazzled. He kept asking where employees were. Why weren't they here or there to help customers, when they apparently were where they were suppose to be given the time of day.(suppose to go to pharmacy at 2pm. It was 220 when he was asking) He was asking other employees where his other staff member was. I would think that should be his job to know here they were.
Door of the women's handicap stall had a hole in it where the previous lock was broken out. Paper towel dispenser was broken and the floor was dirty. Other customers asked me questions about items. Previously they found that the pharmacy staff was unable to help them. Other customer ended looking up information online. I walked past 3 different staff members none of which asked if I needed help finding anything. Overall not what I have come to expect when I visit a Walgreens. Would probably not go back to this location.

Rudest pharmacy staff. Expect to be placed on hold without getting to speak a word. Sometime you get please hold with no change to talk or just the sound of someone picking up and putting you on hold. They clearly missed call the points on customer service.

I love my Walgreens The manager always is in a good happy spirits and when he trains people to take over the cash registers I noticed that they have all the same disposition of kindness and making you feel welcomed sometimes it doesn't matter how long I have to wait in line as there are senior citizens that are not as sharp and mobile as some of us so you have to take that into consideration It's a wonderful place to come shop at I've never had a bad experience in the many many years I've been coming hereIn the LehighValley Trexlertown by Chick-fil-A ❤???✌️?✅

If I could give no stars I certainly would! Pharmacy tech Laylani was one of the most rudest individuals I have ever dealt with. I came into store to pick up my prescription and was verbally abused by this woman for asking why I was given the wrong pills due to manufacture issues in which I stated was suppose to be in my chart already but was told it’s a profile not a chart, so she continued yelling and my son interrupted to defend me and she told him to mind his own business! Really!!!! I’ve been in customer service for over 40 years if I ever spoke to a client the way she handled the situation I would have been fired on the spot! I will never have another prescription filled here again!! There is a reason for there 2.1 stars now I know why

I received a text messaged that the prescription was in but I was out of town. I called the pharmacy that I would pick up on a certain date 3 days later because of my work schedule. The person I spoke to had a very hard to understand accent. I was worried she didn’t understand but I heard her say there would be a note on the bottle. I came in on the date I said I would, and they did not have my prescription. The person that waited on me said she would need to talk to the pharmacist. I waited 15 minuets because she was on the phone. Then someone stopped in to say hi to her and I waited another 10 minuets while they chatted, never making eye contact with me while I stood there waiting. When I finally received my prescription, I was told that they don’t take phone calls asking for things to be held and that they knew nothing of the phone call I spoke of. I told them the time of day, the date and a description of the voice of the person I spoke to. Worst customer service ever.

Photo center is utterly disorganized and staff tend to get snippy when you ask questions or expect them to find your order and it isn't immediately visible on shelf.

Ummm, I guess they don't look at the pictures before they package them up? When I placed the order my daughter had a head and all 3 of my boys heads were in the photos.

Pharmacy is terrible.20 minutes on hold after my script was sitting there for a week for them to tell me they don’t accept my insurance.So why wasn’t I called a week ago when the script was sent in.Worse than the Rite Aid was.

I would give zero stars if there was a choice. I have been a customer for almost 10 years but their service continues to slide and it’s probably tome to change. Long waiting times. Notifications shows wrong information. Constant follow-ups. Completely mis-managed and chaotic.

Went in to get a drink for my grandson and myself. Cashier was helping someone when we walked in. As we walked up to pay cashier walked away and ignored us. We left drinks on the counter and left.
