3.5 stars my a** this is the best bank and tellers you will ever deal with. The manager Amy goes way above and beyond to get you what you want. I have dealt with 8 different banks before finding this one. I will be a member for life if nothing changes.

A simple request- utilize shared branching to deposit some cash that I had rolled up. Couldn’t believe how rude the teller was. Sorry, if you hate your job that much, you might want to find another line of work.

Rude teller, card got stuck inside machine, asked simple questions on getting my card back lady was very nasty the whole short process.

Horrible credit union. Everything is outdated. They have no temporary cards like any other competitor banks do. You can’t reach front desk it just transfers you to some customers service center that isn’t on base. I have no access to my funds. This is horrible. Only good thing here is the employees. They’re great.

ATM doesn't take deposits. They should be obliged to, especially if it makes a difference that I will be motivated to shop at Giant. Since the ATM doesn't take deposits, O decided to shop somewhere else once I finally found an ATM that accepts deposits.
