The team here is fantastic and have always taken great care of me. I never have an issue getting an appointment and everyone is always so great to work with. Getting work done is always stressful - but they make it the best experience possible! They work directly with my insurance for a seamless process. I'd never go anywhere else!!!

This place is not vinart collision, this place has change names & employees & they suck...I will never take my car back to this place, i had some guy name Rob handle my repair & they made the repair but did not complete it ( meaning giving my car back to me without my decal on it) its like a goose chase to get in contact with this guy, he dont return phone calls nore keep me up to date with what is going on with my decal..i done had my car back over a month now & im really pissed. I TRULY BELIEVE IN GIVING A CUTOMER CAR BACK THE WAY IT SHOULD BE...DO NOT GET PAID FOR A JOB OF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE IT...i went there today & them guys are in a meeting so i get no answers ..they said the meeting will be over @11 & he will call me bit it is now 12:30 & still no vall yet...Please stay away from this place its no longer Vinart...very poor serviceServices: Body & Trim

Usually after being in an accident one of the most annoying things is thinking about the process of leaving your car at some shop and not having things done in a timely fashion, lack of communication and diligence the whole 9 yards. This was by far the best experience I ever had with an auto body shop. My beautiful Mercedes eqs all electric car a lot of places wouldn’t even work on because they didn’t have “elite techs” they said. This place knew what they were doing and not only did a beautiful before and after job on my car but stayed in communication the whole time! Even sending me pics of the car in the process and texting me up dates. They went above and beyond and the experience made everything so much easier to deal with after an accident. 10/10 stars from me I’ll be taking any and all my cars here from now on!

Well, so far I dropped my car off last Tuesday, and they still have to wait for the final approval on their end to even send the supplement into my insurance on Monday. That's right, it's been there a week for a scheduled drop off, and they haven't even sent the supplement to insurance yet. Insurance only covers a rental for 30 days, so a wasting a week before they even get it through blueprint is worrisome and ridiculous.

This place is TRASH! Their phone lines are always busy and when you walk in the front desk are just sitting there clueless and not on any phones. They are overly priced and won’t fix your car properly. They like to leave your car sitting there for their own gain. This dump should not be in business. Very dishonest sharks. Some of the worst kinds of humans with zero character or moral standards.

I hit a deer while traveling home late one night. I took my Accord to my local mechanic who told me that there was substantial electrical damage and recommended I take it to a Honda dealer. I brought it to the Service Department at Lehigh Valley Honda and they referred me to Vinart Body Shop (a LV Honda company). They offered to take it there for me, which they did. The next day I was informed by my insurance company that they don't do business with Lehigh Valley Honda (of which Vinart is a part of) for reasons they could not discuss and offered to have my vehicle towed to another body shop. Vinart would not release my vehicle until I paid a $200 "administrative fee" and a $75 a day storage fee (it was $150 due to the tow truck not being able to get there the same day). Therefore, I was charged over $350 for NOTHING and they would not release my vehicle until it was paid. It is a very sad commentary when this is how Lehigh Valley Honda and Vinart have resorted to extorting money from people. I have purchased three of my Hondas from them and will never again. Their customer relations is extremely poor and their Service Department takes advantage of those who don't know better as to maintenance of their vehicles, which is why I don't have any of my vehicles serviced there. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Needed both driver side doors replace with mirror also. Kept me in the loop as far as progress with parts and repairs. Blended paint well. Picked car up and drivers side mirror wouldn't adjust properly. Went right back, and they said they needed to order a new mirror. I am waiting for them to let me know when mirror comes in so it can get replaced.Services: Painting

Vinart Collision handled a complex auto claim on a brand new car I had just purchased. I was rear-ended and pushed into the vehicle in front of me causing rear and front end damage on a car with 1,000 miles on it. They took away any additional stress and anxiety by handling all the details professionally and in a timely manner.
