Front desk receptionist, big blonde lady, was the worst unhelpful person. She gave me wrong information and some other staff had attitude. Employees stand at the entrance smoking cigarettes so you have to walk through their cloud of nicotine smoke to get into the building. Unprofessional people

Good luck getting anyone to answer the bell so you can pick up your mail. Arrived during their posted times and just completely ignored. Perhaps get rid of the steel door with no window so they can’t hide behind it ignoring everyone. Horrible non existent service, clearly lack proper management— employees must sit around doing nothing and get away it.

if i could give zero stars i would. this location absolutely sucks! my hubby went in today with my daughter to ship a few packages off. it’s 1 in the afternoon, when hubby enters the location there are 3-5 employees in the facility. they all decide to stare at my hubby instead of calling him up. he sits for over 20 minutes waiting to be called only to be told “we are closed”…why did you let them sit there so long then? it’s 1pm and you’re “closed” but all your posted hours say you’re open from 0900-1600. just lazy and inconsiderate. i understand closing early due to unforeseen circumstances but to let customers sit for any amount of time just to tell them you’re closed for the day is ridiculous. lock the front door if you’re closed. just a waste of time. go somewhere else, you’ll be happier for it.

This is the worst post office experience I've ever had it might as well not even be a post office. The name of this place should be "Disappointment" and I'm not exaggerating. I have gone here three times first time to buy stamps no they don't sell stamps second and third time just to mail something and even though I've gotten here at 1:00 p.m. and 2:54 p.m. today and they say they're open until 4:00 there is no one behind the Secret Door. Four people including me just walked out with not being able to mail anything or get any services from anyone. If you're looking for disappointment, you found the place.

I should have checked the reviews first absolutely horrible customer service and useless location. I paid for a p.o. box and apparently only one person can give you your keys and this person never shows up for work. Do not do business here. I showed up twice and the mysterious person is not here again. Gas is not cheap. Will not fool me 3 times. Refund refund refund.

If your mailman doesn’t feel like stopping he can just stop in front of your house chill and drive off. The usps sends the package back to sender without consulting, apparently I can’t intercept packages being returned to sender , so I’ll get my package back when the sender gets it back 2 weeks from now. By the way there’s only 1 attendant at this usps there door is always closed and the door bell to contact customer support doesn’t work.

It's seems the 900 block 18102 of tighman st is sitting in the middle of a dessert they come up tilghman from 12thst stop at tenth St come from 7th Street stop at New st and we go 3 to 4 days with out mail and enough with blaming sickness or whatever this is nothing but laziness
