Front desk receptionist, big blonde lady, was the worst unhelpful person. She gave me wrong information and some other staff had attitude. Employees stand at the entrance smoking cigarettes so you have to walk through their cloud of nicotine smoke to get into the building. Unprofessional people

Even though it says pick up package until 4:00 here at 3:45 nobody answers the window people here are worthless you're at work do your job
