Poor customer service. The man behind the counter asked what I needed and I told him I needed a label printed and the lady on the other side of the room responded very rudely- “you need to wait” -which I had assumed since she was helping someone else. Common practice in life for most people. I had sent what I thought was a shipping label to print, which apparently was not. Which is fine- my mistake, as I did not check much into it before I arrived. They have the ability to make shipping labels, so why not just tell me that from the get go instead of persistently saying “this is not a shipping label”? The only thing she seemed concerned with was telling me I’m going to be charged for everything they do. Will not come back to this location. Shoutout to the guy training- he was polite. He’s the only reason I am giving this 2 stars. Also, went to pay in cash and was told I couldn’t as “most people have cards and that’s easier”. So, for the ease for them, I had to use my card.

Package went missing right after label was created. It has been a week since shipment and no updates of it ever leaving the store. Went through customer support and they looped me back to sending an email through the store itself. Want to give me $100 when I spent $180 on shipping alone. Two employees who shipped my $770 guitar were there when I went back for questioning. Were super sketchy about giving out driver’s name that day, initially stating that they didn’t know who it was and then only giving me initials the next time I went in. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING THROUGH THIS STORE.

I am only giving Arianna 5 stars because those prices in that store are ridiculous I can get the same items at the dollar store for cheaper. I have came into the store a couple of times and Arianna has been by herself she’s very good under pressure gets everyone in and out in a timely matter even when there is a lot of people. I only speak Spanish and she’s a great translator. Great costumer service from her.

I just left your Emmaus Ave store after being waited on by your employee Asia. Asia was extremely helpful and courteous. On top of that, she was friendly funny and smart! If she were my employee, I would do everything possible to ensure she remains an employee. She is an excellent representative for your company.
