I was greeted by another customer. That same customer offered to pick up the box I was struggling with. Staff just scanned my item and handed me a receipt. Did not speak. Same customer told me to have a great day! Nothing from staff..

Great customer service and attention to detail. Always see the workers go out their way even if volume in the store is high. Friendly demeanor and an attitude to help and go above answer questions for me and other customers every time I go. It’s always a pleasure to visit my home store.

I visited the Airport Rd store in Allentown PA and I was assisted by a very rude young man. I think this Zae person is in the wrong line of business because he clearly knows nothing about customer service. I had a question about the return, and he answered in a very bothered way as he wouldn't even look up when speaking. His demeanor, his language, his attitude was not professional and he should not be working on the frontline assisting customers. He belongs in the back away from the customers. Why stay at a job where you are miserable, leave, and find your right fit.

Extremely high cost for lightweight package. (4lbs.) Next day anywhere in US should not cost hundreds of dollars. I was taken advantage of. An emergency package that I had no choice but to ship today.

Delivers my packages without any issues in a timely manner and keeps me updated. The UPS store off Airport Rd. in Allentown is by far my favorite drop off location; always prompt & courteous when needing to do an Amazon return or ship packages and the main clerk Donna running it is always friendly !!
