The clerk noticed that I did not have everything prepared to ship my items and instead of telling me to do the required steps first and then checking me out, she told me what I needed, helped me pay for things and tools care of making sure my packages were ready to ship. They were incredibly patient and efficient as the store was busy and were able to assist me and two other customers in unison without issues. Truly impressed and one of the most positive experiences in retail establishments I've had in the past few years.

Lauren was amazing! She did such a great job with my daughter's pack & ship items that included a dorm room and a gigantic mirror! She paid attention to detail, gave suggestions and she was so pleasant! She truly loves her job!!
