I’m a diamond member - I spend a lot of money & time in Ulta at various locations. This particular one is in dire need of basic customer training starting with just being polite. Every time I’m in this store & I encounter the staff, I remember why I don’t come.

I went into the store on krocks road at 8:15 and the girl told me they were closed. There was multiple employees inside. When I exited the store I looked at the hours on the door and it clearly states open until 9pm.

I just need to give a shout out to Selena at this location! I went in once during Christmas to pick up new products and she helped me find everything I needed and then some! My makeup looked so good from her recommendations it was noticeable to people in my life and I got many compliments. I went back in to pick up a new foundation a few days ago and Selena again helped me. She found me exactly what I wanted in a shade that matched perfectly. I’ve been wearing it for a few days now and love it! She was so friendly, informative about products, and both times she helped me she listened to what I wanted and got me set up with exactly the right things. She’s the best, if you’re looking for guidance on the right product for you she’s your girl!

Amanda from the salon is SO great! She understood exactly what I wanted for my hair, gave me great ideas/recommendations without being pushy, and knew I didn’t want to spend 5 hours in the chair so was very timely with everything! Will definitely be a repeat client for her! :)

I came here with zero makeup experience. I was helped with what products to use and how to apply makeup from an employee, McKenna🙏 She was super helpful, friendly, nice, and just had a great spirit. She was very professional and helped me with every question and concern, saving me from needing makeup classes so I can do it on my own! I'm definitely glad I got her to teach me and slayed my face, and I didn't even have eyeliner or lipstick. I did not want to take my makeup off when I got home. That's how beautiful she did. I highly recommend her to anyone for makeup/makeup advice, tips ! Thank you, McKenna!

Clean store. Immediately received personal assistance and was really appreciative of Salina’s service. She was personable and very knowledgeable of the products as well as informative of deals and promos that maximized my visit’s purpose.
