We are so glad we found U Pack, their ReloCubes were exactly what we needed. Dropped off on a Friday, filled over the weekend, and with a text link click on Sunday, picked up on Monday. Made the 800 mile trip and delivered on Friday the same week. The delivery driver was great and helped with positioning the cubes to make unloading easy. Once emptied, easy notification they were empty, and they were picked up next day and gone. We would absolutely use them again.

Customer service was awesome! Drivers were incredible! Truck was delivered timely for packing and already arrived at our new home for unpacking! All I can say is all around incredible experience and price was great as well! No complaints, just compliments and our highest recommendation!

Moving made easier with Upack! I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience. I used the relocube option and went to the local ABF site to look at the cube and asked all kinds of questions - all of which were thoroughly answered. Booked my cube online - customer service was friendly and helpful. Moved out of state - the cube arrived as instructed, the driver was patient while he showed me how to lock/unlock the doors. Cube was delivered to my destination on time. You can track it's progress online which was reassuring. Can't beat the price too. Moving companies quoted me 3-4x the cost of Upack. Be diligent and do your homework. Lots of moving companies use brokers - not Upack. No hidden costs. You're charged what you were quoted and ABF handles your cargo from start to finish. A++++

I am so lucky that I found upack. I put all my stuff in the trailer in Chicago. They transported everything in good condition to PA. They are fast and responsible to keep customers updated. I will recommend it anyone I know. Thanks again.

We had an extremely smooth move with UPACK from the day of delivery to the day of arrival.. Everything was just as explained and the price was great. Everyone we spoke to was polite and patient. The trailer was clean and a ramp was provided. Would use them again in the future.

professional and cost effective. Renting a U-Haul would have been about 500.00 cheaper until you figure you have to pay for gas and do the driving.

UPAK Team was very professional when it came to scheduling. The local ABF Terminal was great with delivering the trailer. The driver was outstanding. The out of state terminal scrambled and worked with me to still deliver the trailer on time even though they hit a snow storm. I 100 % recommend this!!

AWESOME! Great customer service, did exactly what they said they would and did it all on time! They were flexible and even picked up the empty trailer earlier then they were supposed to since I was unpacked sooner than expected. They did only charge you for the space that you used, which helped me out a lot. I will definitely recommend to anyone I come across that is moving!

From the minute I picked up the phone to obtain information and a quote.. to the day my storage unit was picked up U-PACK was AMAZING! Start to finish. No problems. I can highly recommend U-Pack. It is economical and efficient, careful, and user-friendly. I moved a great deal of stuff from my Mom's estate in Pennsylvania to California in a single U-Pack (6X7 feet and 8 feet high) for less than $2000. Nothing was damaged.

I highly recommend. U-Pack is an efficient, economical way to move. I spent less than $2000 to move a truck load of stuff (4 large pieces of furniture, 7 large boxes, 4 antique Persian rugs with their pads, plus a lot of odds and ends and small furniture) from Penna to Calif. The company was ontime both coming and going, user-friendly, and courteous. They moved my stuff very carefully - not a thing got damaged. You have three business days to pack and unpack. The two padlocks are extra, but I just bought mine at Home Depot for a few dollars.
