Lost a frequent customer forever over a cup of ice. I came into the store today and purchased two bottled drinks. I got a cup of ice and the cashier wanted to charge me for the cup. I've spent thousands of dollars in gas and food at this store. The owner/manager shows that they put customer loyalty dead last with this policy. Additionally, they no longer have made-to-order food at this location. Also employees are usually outside smoking in front of the store. This store has gone downhill fast. Soon to be out of business because of horrible customer service, weak overall selections, above average prices, and much better convenience stores close by. Again, you lost long time customer over a cup of ice. Great job, geniuses.

I’d never thought I’d see it the other way around but the black lady at the counter is sort of racist. She’s all lovely & joyful with someone of her own color but nasty & inpatient with white customers. I know cause I stuck around alittle and saw the way she treated certain customers.

Love this location!!! The employees are all nice, friendly and pleasant, it is ALWAYS kept very clean, including the bathrooms. The coffees are always made fresh. Thank you and I appreciate y’all.

I was charged $57.00 for attempting to pump gas, when the pump never accepted my card. I find out about the charge later when I checked my account and saw a $57 pending Turkey Hill charge.** Don't go there**

Not even sure why they have a food counter when they’re always out of stock. The last 4 trips and each time they were out of stock and did not have what I wanted.
