I called 8 different places for a windshield replacement this was one of the 1st I called. I almost chose this place just based on how nice the man was that answered the phone and how accommodating he was and I felt comfortable and trusted he genuinely was trying to help me because I told him I had very limited funds to take care of this I literally cannot afford to be swindled. I called a few other places and found that this place was charging me almost $200 more then literally everyone else and he was going to have to have my car for the day. The others I called said they could have someone come to me and do the replacement literally anywhere I wanted them to do it for absolutely no extra charge and it would only take maybe a half hour. I was even told they cld come to my job and do it and the price of the windshield work and all was no where near the price this dude was giving me a little over $200 difference. Idk if his intent was to swindle what he cld from me or what but it left me seriously grateful I chose to call other places because how nice and accommodating and how understanding he sounded I genuinely believed he was going to try and get me discounts and the cheapest price possible and I guess he thought I was stupid because I had never dealt with windshield replacement before and took advantage of my dire need to get it done and my lack of knowledge. I wouldnt go to this place ever just because of the whole way the situation was handled. I only gave them 2 stars was because even tho they did try to over charge me drastically the mans customer service was a nice change from what I typically deal with. I dont know if this is a typical issue with this place but this was my experience and i would suggest calling around before settling with this place
