I cannot say enough great things about Timothy Richard Jewelers (formerly Timothy Zaveri Fine Jewelry) and their ability to take my concept of an engagement ring and turn it into reality. Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted by Harsh and shortly thereafter by Tim. I explained the design that I had conceptualized and without a blink of an eye, they started drawing it out and asking all of the pertinent questions. Because of my election to include rubies, they let me know upfront that it may take a little longer to complete the ring, since they needed to ensure that all the rubies came from the same batch, so to ensure uniformity in color. Within a couple weeks, I had a CAD design from them of my concept and only two months later, they had completed the ring. I could not have been happier with the ring, their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to ensuring that every minute detail is considered and addressed. To say I highly recommend them would be a gross understatement. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to them, because in today's world, the type of professionalism and service they provide is, unfortunately, almost unheard of.

I was recommended to Tim years ago from a friend of mine and always looked forward to the time when I needed an engagement ring. I was excited to get something one of a kind and learn about rings and diamonds through a custom jeweler and this saying pretty much always stands true and we all know it which is "You get what you pay for." When I first saw a picture of the ring they had built for me within my specifications and budget I was blown away and even more blown away when I went to pick it up. Tim and Harsh are so honest and knowledgeable that I didn't want to leave their shop! My now fiancée is absolutely obsessed with the ring and we may be a little biased but we both think it's the most beautiful, sparkling and brilliant ring we've ever seen. It's genuinely stunning to a point where you really can't stop staring at it. I had the ring for a little over a month before I proposed and every few days I'd take a peek at it because of how much I was in love with it. So I have to end this review by saying her girlfriends who are also engaged saw the ring and made comments more or less along the lines of, "Wow, that's so much nicer than what my fiancé got me." All I can say is that I hope we didn't start any drama with her friends and their counterparts. Sorry guys!

This has the be the friendliest jewelry store I have ever been to. There is no better place to be in the Lehigh valley. You will find the largest selection of jewelry guranteed. I went there for a simple diamond ring and I was given a selection of over 100 rings. Most places don't have more the 10 to show. I like that they do all repairs in the store and not send them out to other places. This will be the jewelry store I will go to as long as I live because trust is the most important thing to me when it comes to my jewelry. I recommend everyone who reads this to give these guys a shot at what ever you may need.

Timothy Richard jewelers is the only place I will every shop for jewelry. I walked in one day a few years ago with a question And Timothy spent 15 minutes with me talkeing about the issue. Other jewelers refused to even start the conversation knowing it will not lead to a sale.
