This office is SO much easier than going to dmv locations. I went there with a camera card to get new ID, I stayed maybe 5-6 minutes and was done with it. The staff is quick and pleasant.

Outrageous exorbitant fees. Even extra fee using my bank card. I only patronized out of proximity. Employee rushed me along. If you're thinking about Yurgonic Agency, think again!!!!

This is where I go to get my DL photo taken. They have a nice camera with a flash that makes all the difference. My first ever driver's license photo was taken at the Airport Rd PennDOT and they didn't use a flash and even worse, stuck me under hideous fluorescent lighting. I looked like a crackhead on my license for 4 years, so I'm very thankful for this location and their good equipment.

Misleading info. Called about getting an I-9 form witnessed, they said they could. Wasted time going in at which point they said no, we don't do that.

You close at 430 on Saturday's. If I show up at 410 don't tell me we closing in a nasty way becuase you have 20 mins so pleas3 just do your job and take my photo that I now have for the next for years cuz I had my evil eyes on from being disrespected. And it was over 60 bucks. That's crazy. And I had to wait 15 days becuae it was a real ID. not just a regular dl. The place stinks like 1970

I live in Lehighton and our local Dmv is a joke with very limited hours. I drove 45 min to renew my license here and was done in about 10 min.The clowns responsible for running our state dmvs should study how this place operates!

Never on time. Barely staffed. Makes you wait in the parking lot for over an hour for even minor services like buying an EZ Pass. Terrible service.
