I brought our dog Summer here after a bad experience at our original place to trim her nails. She now experiences agitation and extreme fear during nail trims. We attempted to take her to a vet, but they were unsuccessful and recommended putting her under anesthesia to trim her nails. I decided to bring our dog here as a last resort recommended by close friends and strangers.Her first appointment was successful. She was difficult to maintain in the beginning, but the groomer took time to make Summer comfortable and trimmed all her nails diligently. She did bleed from one nail, but I was not concerned due to how finicky Summer was. We came back many months later and this didn’t go as well. Summer was too anxious to cut any nails and the same groomer was fearful she’d have an episode. She did suggest options to relieve her anxiety since she also doesn’t agree with putting a dog under anesthesia. She said we can return to see if any of these recommendations make her manageable. I look forward to supporting this business and hope I can find a method to continue taking Summer here.

I've always loved it here but they no longer offer cat grooming which is a little disappointing. The woman who took over Diana's place is wonderful and excellent with the dogs she grooms. I know this because when my cats were groomed here, I'd stay the entire time so I got to see the work they do firsthand.

3 hours there and all my dog got was a bath. I set a pick up time because of other appointments I had. It usually only takes 2 hours they said 3 would definitely be ok. I arrive and he is still wet and they didn't even start cutting him. No apology, just a complaint about my dog barking, though since he's been stuck in a crate for almost 3 hours, I can't say I blame him. I used to get such good service when the old owner was there. I paid for the bath and left, won't be going back again.

Skeptical at first! However once I brought my 7 month old schnauzer Elton John for his first grooming. I was delightfully surprised at the amazing service and costumer service was a 100/100!! Will 100% continue to go back already booked my appointment for 6 weeks and look forward to seeing the lovely staff

DO NOT GO HERE! Showed up to pick up my golden retriever to find out they shaved him by accident!! When I dropped him off I said a light trim on his feathers and paws and to not touch the body. I asked how long they said about 2.5 hours. So 4 hours went by and I called to check in. First of all they didn't know my dog's name, I had to explain he was a golden retriever. I then overhear the woman ask how long until he was done because they hadn't even started on him! When I got a call an hour later that he was ready to be picked up they told me it was going to be an extra $20 because he was very difficult to groom. He has never been difficult at the groomers but being there 5 hours can really make a dog distraught. Then when I picked him up they said they had made a mistake and mis-read the card and shaved him by accident. I was in complete shock and so upset. I have never shaved my goldens, and goldens are not meant to be shaved. Not only is my dog shaved but he has scabs all over his back from being shaved roughly. I can't pet his back without him flinching from pain. He is still not his normal self and seems traumatized from the whole experience.
