Randy Reiss and the Michael Mann VIP team were just incredible to work with. We were planning to move halfway across the country with our entire family, which is always a difficult prospect, and trying to buy a home in a difficult market out of state. Their mortgage process was one of the easiest and most straight forward I’ve been involved with. The communication was outstanding. And they have simple to navigate and seamless technology to upload your documents, complete applications and forms, etc. I think I did 98% of it off my phone. Randy is a consummate professional (and avid fisherman literally available on the river on a weekend!) and talks to you like a close friend. The move, unfortunately did not happen and we couldn’t move forward with the home purchase. However, you can always tell the character and quality of a person and their team in a difficult situation. Despite the trip falling through, Randy and his team expertly guided myself and my family through a difficult process, as if we were first time homebuyers and with the same level of care and support. I’ve rarely encountered such a hands on, family oriented company that takes a true interest in their clients. Although a bit tongue and cheek to say, I came away from the situation wishing I could have bought my home through Randy!

Randy was absolutely great during the entire process of my home purchase. He took time to explain everything each step of the way and if he didn't have an answer for my questions right away, he'd call back with the information I needed quickly. With the current housing market being as abysmal as it is, I'm very glad to have had such a helpful person on my side making the experience the least painful as it could have been.

The Michael Mann team is exceptional in their field. The mortgage process was very easy and I was walked through the loan process from start to finish. Their secure web sight was friendly user, and I downloaded all the documents they requested with out a problem. They were very easy to reach out to and returned my calls the same day. I had to experience two loans which was done in such a timely manner. My first loan did not close due to seller and then the team was able to pick up with a second loan with out a glitch. I was able to closed the second loan in thirty days. It truly was the easiest mortgage I ever experienced due to the team. They are professional and do care about their mortgage applicants. I highly recommend The Michael Mann Team. Thank you I truly appreciate all the team did for me.
