I rcomend any place but there, this is not my first bad experience shopping at target, but it was my last.
Wow what an experience. I remember when the big W store poped up across the street from the big K store and shortly after the K went down hill fast, it's gone and the bright shiny W is following close behind.. so is target. The page has become trash and they hire from the absolute bottom.
I Picked up 2 items no I tried to pick up 2 items, until the employees complete lack of any competence kicked in. Both items under the same sighn 2 for 10. They rang up full price. When I said something I was told one of them wasn't included in that. Not let me check, not let me ask someone, just that's not included in the offer. Both items SPECIFICALLY listed. Next door at wies both rang up correct no issues.

I have been to multiple Targets in 12 states across the USA and this continues to be the best Target. The cleanest, brightest and most organized Target I have been to! The staff is also the friendliest and most helpful. No other target can compare.

I Went to this target with one of my friends to get her make up for her birthday gift but here was this one security guard she was really mean. me and my friend put some makeup in the cart and went to look at the food and clothing and we were laughing at a funny joke. and I needed to get a soda stream to make homemade soda then as I was looking at the different flavors this mean security guard from before came up to me and my friend and said that she needed to give her all the confined "products" that we weren't thinking on paying for that we need to leave then then the rude security guard proceeded to grab my friends purse and dump the so-called "products" which was her empty make up from home which was blush,foundation and eye serum witch we need to look for and her iPhone AirPods and her car keys all of that was dumped on the dirty floor then the security guard started saying shit to me and my friend about how "we can go to jail for this type of shit" that she's going to call the police on us for something we didn't even do then she started accusing me and my friend for even more shit we didn't even do then she walked us up to the front of the store and escorted us out. Then she said I wanna make sure you guys LEAVE THE STORE and then perceeded to tripped me and she said I hit her, which I didn't I would never hit a girl in my life. I am gay and I have a boyfriend. I WILL NEVER BE GOING TO THIS FUCKING TARGET EVER AGAIN UNLESS THIS ASSHOLE GETS FIRED

I went To target on cedar crest boulevard in allentown, pennsylvania three times in three days to grab the same toy that is evidently malfunctioned. I spoke to management and they told me that they were not responsible. And it was my responsibility as a consumer to reach out to the company that produces these toys that they put on their shelves and sell to us. Which I think is unbelievable.When it comes to customer service. Be careful buying toys this year from target. They're selling anything. And I was told on the phone by the manager herself that that's pretty much the case...shame on them. They will GET NO MORE OF MY MONEY
