Where's the pride from the employees, it's not like it was 5+ years ago. Where you can tell who the employees are? There was a standard, red shirt and khaki pants. Now they're starting to dress like Walmart. Ridiculous. When's the employee Christmas party and bonuses? Since I checked myself out and bagged my stuff

My wife was checking out and the cashier forgot to hand her one of the bags. She returned home and noticed she was missing it. I called the next morning and spoke with Dez, one of the managers. Right from the start, she was asking all of the right questions to see if they can locate the bag. After being on hold a few times, they couldn't locate it. And the products in the bag weren't cheap. All skin care products. They said they would get more people involved and would contact me with an update. After 20 minutes, they called back and found it. Dez, from the beginning, did everything right. They were soft spoken, kind, understanding, thoughtful, and had great people skills. They could have easily said " sorry, we couldn't find it" and left it at that. To me, they went above and beyond. It's comforting to know there are employees that do more than just the bare minimum.Thank you again, Dez, for all your help! I can't th

I went to target to buy some beauty products for my mothers birthday. Customer service was top notch and this one worker named Briana was super nice and friendly and gave me so much tips that helped me buy the perfect gift the store was well kept and it was a pretty nice run .

It seems weird to be writing a pleasant review of a large department/grocery store while we're going through such crazy times. But Target makes my life easy in so many ways, they're just a really decent, okay price, one stop speed shopping in a Covid-enforced mask mandatory store. Or order online. It's all cool. I'm NOT a soccer mom or dad and that's what I used to think of when I wasn't going to Target (prices would be high - WRONG, I'd have nada in common with what the sold - WRONG again). I started going during Covid last year. Someone is always at the door and they're always pleasant and helpful. I know the carts are clean (here's hoping one day soon, it won't be an issue) and it's a great way to shop. I've purchased a large-screen tv quickly because mine died. Read reviews. My concern there is self-defeating :) . Due to covid, I couldn't stay in the store longer to check out the TV. But due to the price, I hauled it off. When checking out, I saw they'd meet a competitor's cost. The cashier used her phone to check out the competitor's website and there it was. I paid about $30 less for the tv local to me. Neat. I wish I could've checked it out but it's a nice set at a decent price. Setup was easy schmeezy. Grocery items: Half n Half, Nathan's dogs, and Hillshire Farm products are the cheapest in the area. Groceries are a small section of the store. They tend to be out of things or don't carry items that I just buy elsewhere. I used to go to Walmart but I don't feel safe there due to covid. Entemann's donuts are a good deal, too. I've been eating them for decades across the country. * * * Chapter 2: Online ordering to curbside pickup to free shipping to home on all purchased items if the total value is $35+. I've had a store charge me to ship an item from a warehouse to the store where I'd pick it up. That's not what Target does *** for smaller items, it seems***. I ordered small gifts and put 7 items in the cart. The cost was over $35 and I tried calling the store 2x to understand what that meant. Tried calling Target 2x never was picked up. So, I knew I'd learn what happens after submitting my order. But, heck, I'm getting 7 items shipped to me without charging more for the items. I ran a little test by putting a 50" tv in my online checkout cart and I could only pick it up at the store. Doesn't matter. II like Target. I feel pretty safe from Covid - been there since the beginning of this insanity and they're still there - the super service, the kind greeters, just about everyone and man, online orders shipped to home, I'll be using that again. Kudos to management.

I went late at night to pick up an order and I could tell the people in front of me and behind me were very rude, however when I got to the register, I would have been honestly fine if the cashiers and staff were unhappy, but they were so nice and I had the most friendly interactions with the staff. Thank you to all the staff, especially the late night shift.

Their Employees are very rude, and it seems as if they have 0 people skills. You know when you ask a question you say "I have a question" or something, and he yelled at me and said " WELL WHAT IS IT, DO NOT WASTE MY TIME SIR!" I tried to ask for a manager and he refused to let me talk to one or get one over their, I asked the other person and he said "this has nothing to do with me get out my way before I'll make you get out my way"

Best Target in the LV for sure. It's usually stocked well and the employees seem nice. My only complaint is the layout of the clothing sections and the lack of signage of which clothing section is which. I got lost in a sea of clothes and had no idea where each section began and ended, nor could I figure out where the section I was looking for even was. I eventually gave up. The only clear section was the children's clothing and I think that's for obvious reasons.

In my opinion, this is the best (by far) Target in the Lehigh Valley and it is because of the kindness and helpfulness of the employees and management. What a privilege it was to meet Rick, the General Manager (hoping that is his title) today. When I peppered him with questions (I have been a Target Bullseye Insider for two years), he was so generous with his time. He has been working at this location in management - 15 years!!! It opened 15 years ago. Prior to that he worked at Target for ten years. That tells me something about the company and the management right there!! By the way, I must divulge that I met Rick because I dropped a bottle of cleaner on the floor. Evb though the bottle was plastic - it broke. I left my cart right there at aisle C17 - and ran after the fabulous and Uber helpful Kae. Since this was a chemical spill it became more involved. Yes. The MSDS protocol was followed exactly. Also, I was able to meet Cyndi and Steven - talk about all-star teamwork. So, this gets me to the part about meeting Rick because someone pointed out who he was (working with items on a "flat cart" - flatbed, pallet?? Luckily for me, someone pointed him out to me while I was raving about the employees and my store experiences. Sorry, Rick -this review has been years overdue! Phyllis was helping me with my huge haul at checkout. She noticed that a necklace I was going to buy was broken - saving me time and $16. I probably would think it was the style! She helped me and was very pleasant - I enjoyed talking with her! Carleigh is someone who has helped me previously. She is always approachable and is super helpful in helping me find the exact items I need. I always look for her. And I must include that everyone in customer service has been completely efficient and kind (there's that word again)! I just spoke with Donna on the phone. So pleasant. The bottom line in my experience (on many occasions) over many years---- this is the Target location to visit if you want consistently helpful, smiling employees - ready to help.

It's target ! Not Walmart so that gets it 3 starts alone. Plus everyone is smiling and helpful. Bathroom is clean . So that gets them 1 more star. Everything was easy to find so that's the 5th star

This Target is much better than the Target on Airport Rd. Pros: -Target, as a company, does a great job with promos, discounts, personalized coupons, and things of the like -This store is super clean all the time -Lots of food choices -The layout is solid -Good selection of products in Seasonal, Cosmetics, and Toys Cons: -I hate the Pizza Hut, but that's because I hate Pizza Hut -Starbucks is small (the one pro to the Airport Road location is that their Starbucks has an area to sit and veg on my chai tea) -4/5 cashiers suck at bagging but I don't really care about that. It doesn't bother me to fix it.
