We met with Jade to help us design our kitchen - we’ve waited a long time to finally do this and we had specific things such as six burner stove top, double ovens, cabinet depth refrigerator, counter space, and cabinet space. Mind you, our kitchen is rather small and we are “land locked”, so nowhere could we take down walls for expansion. Jade is a MIRACLE WORKER!!! She was able to design our small kitchen, incorporating everything, and it actually appears bigger! Having never done this before, she guided us in choosing the cabinets/hardware, showing us different choices, the quartz countertop and suggested a black quartz sink (really? Yes! I LOVE IT!). We had a wonderful experience with Swartz and will not hesitate to do business with them again. In addition, our contractor is Dean Dreas - cannot say enough about Dean and his crew … these guys are blessed with amazing talent and did an awesome job! Matt and Justin - very professional, friendly, and work non-stop! You cannot go wrong with either of these businesses and so happy they were referred to us.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

We used Schwartz along with Dean Dreas in Emmaus for our kitchen remodel. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality and service we received. Anyone who goes through such a major project like this knows that many decisions have to be made— and some of those are hard! Jade was very helpful with all of our questions and even gave us suggestions on the flooring while I was comparing samples and sending her texts. She graciously allowed me to come to her office to compare the backsplash samples as well. (I had a hard time making decisions!) I can’t say enough about Dean Dreas. I highly recommend both!

Earlier this week, Swartz Kitchens & Baths performed a service call in our home, and while I don’t usually comment on commercial transactions, I was so impressed with the professionalism and craftsmanship of the technician that it compelled me to send this review. I could go on and on about the qualified knowledge, but first I would like to recognize Tim’s professional awareness of his surroundings, our home.Before Tim pulled a single tool from his workbag, he ensured the workspace under his custody, including a new quartz countertop and island was thoroughly protected by way of heavy work blankets. In other words, right from the get-go, Tim avoided, the avoidable- a mishandled screwdriver, hammer, drill.Additionally, Tim worked with a clean-as-you-go mentality whereby scraps were vacuumed by task and not a fingerprint was left behind!Tim, that was a Master Class in “Taking Pride in your Craft.”

James from Swartz Kitchens came out today to replace one cabinet door & to install pullout shelving in our kitchen. He was very polite, efficient & knowledgeable. It was great to have someone who took pride in his work & really went above & beyond to my satisfaction. I hope he will be sent back to replace other cabinetry in our kitchen & pantry. He is a credit to Swartz.

Somehow my old review got deleted. Sean at Swartz was so unprofessional and dropped the ball so many times on our cabinet order for our bathroom. The cabinets came damaged, the one time the workers didn't even show up when Sean said they would, the replacement skins for the side of the cabinets took weeks to come in. Not once did Sean ever apologize. Took zero accountability. I had to reach out to a supervisor to get everything taken care of. Would not recommend this company at all.Service: Remodeling

We used Swartz for designing and building custom kitchen cabinets, island and counters for all bathrooms. Totally satisfied and extremely pleased by the consulting, professionalism and end result of everything Swartz did. Working with Jade was a pleasure and we met with her several times over the course of building the new house to tweak the design, bring in tile and counter selections and to make sure everything would look good together at the end as much as we could. I have worked with Sean now on multiple projects. As contractor myself there are many aspects of a project that need to come together for a concept, like a kitchen remodel, to become reality.Swartz has been top notch on all aspects..From cabinet quality, solid referrals for countertops and fair pricing.I was always kept in the loop and upto speed.I highly recommend using them, they take the time to lay out all your options and give you the ability to build the kitchen of your dreams.

We had Swartz redo our kitchen and Jade and her associates could not have been more professional! As everyone knows this is an extremely difficult time ordering anything!!!!! Not the best time to remodel, we have had a number of things be delayed by NO fault of Swartz and they handled it all very professionally! It is what a company does when things go wrong that makes them a quality company. Jade had great ideas and was extremely helpful! I would recommend them to anyone! i would rather wait for quality then have things rushed with cheaper products and people who do not care. Their installers are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly!!!!Service: Remodelling

I would certainly not recommend using Swartz Kitchen & Baths for any project...Unless you are OK with a company that takes your money and hides when there is an issue.We are currently in the middle of a kitchen project...I say currently because this project should have been complete 6 weeks ago but we are still waiting for a standard sized pantry cabinet in the super custom color of "white"!!!In the beginning of July we had our Merilatt kitchen cabinets delivered. When Swartz's driver did an inventory check with my contractor he said one cabinet did not pass quality control and we would have a new cabinet sent to us in 10 business days.....I was there to hear him say this so it wasn't 2nd hand information from my contractor.Mistakes and accidents happen and given the overall scope of the project there was plenty of time to get the cabinet to us before it was needed so my contractor proceeded. I was very happy that there was some level of quality control at the factory and they did not just ship out a damaged cabinet.Here is where the story quickly goes south. As the project moved forward we were getting closer to needing the pantry cabinet and well past the "10 business days." Our Sales person Cliff, who we really liked, left the company and it was as if we were dropped as a customer. There were multiple calls into Swartz (to Gwen and others) by our contractor about the status of the pantry. They showed ZERO sense of urgency and had no real information that we could use. At no time were they ever proactive about reaching out to us or our contract. We were constantly chasing them for information.I get that in this age of COVID things are delayed but the factory is open making cabinets and they were able to get all my other cabinets out to me. How is it possible that I'm waiting longer for one cabinet than I waited for all the other cabinets??FINALLY we got word that the pantry would be delivered and they would be bringing it to my home. Awesome...longer than we wanted but who cares this project is finally coming to an end. When they opened the box there was one door missing and the other door was dinged...…Are you kidding me?!?!?! This appears to be the same cabinet that did not pass QC because it was damaged and looked filthy from sitting in a warehouse.The past few days we've been waiting for yet another update on when we can expect to receive this standard white pantry cabinet and have heard nothing back. I can not convey to you how poor their Customer Service is. They were all smiles when we decided to move forward with the Merilatt Masterpiece collection but they have been awful to work with on the issue of our missing cabinet.So as the calendar flips to September and my kids are about to go back to school below is what my kitchen currently looks like 6 weeks after it should have been complete!! We've done many significant home improvement projects over the years and this is without question the worst experience we have ever had. My recommendation would be to find another company to work with.Service: Remodelling
