I have several pieces of jewelry from Susan. They are beautifully made. Receive many compliments. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful. Have met Susan and she as well has been friendly, helpful with questions I’ve had, professional and friendly service from everyone in the store. So many beautiful pieces to choose from in all price ranges. Something for everyone.

My fiancé got my engagement ring and wedding band from Susan Bella. He had a great experience with so much help from the lovely staff there. They guided him through the entire process. I am so in love with my rings that we decided to go back to purchase the necklace I will wear on our wedding day. The ladies were patient, accommodating, and supportive. Susan is wonderful, and we highly recommend this business!

Susan and her staff are always helpful, offering insights and ideas that make for a terrific experience. We were looking for a "special" thirteenth birthday gift for our granddaughter and they came up with a wealth of great ideas. We settled on a necklace she's going to love. Rachel at Susan Bella Jewelry helped my fiance and I design a custom wedding ring set with some heirloom diamonds we were looking to set. I went to Susan because I needed my v-shaped wedding band duplicated so I could wear them on both sides of my diamond. She listened to me and knew exactly what I wanted. She convinced me to send my diamond with my wedding ring to the jeweler so he could fit it the way I wanted. I missed my rings for a few weeks, but it was worth it in the end!! I love my new ring and the way it fits around my diamond....exactly what I imagined! I highly recommend Susan Bella Jewelry. Susan is wonderful and her staff is awesome!I also watch her every Thursday night for "Happy Hour Shopping with Susan and Dan!" So much fun!

I absolutely love and adore Susan and all the ladies at Susan Bella Jewelry. Susan is the most honest and kind person. She has made multiple custom pieces of jewelry (including a gorgeous custom wedding set) that I love and cherish. Love, love, love Susan Bella!! She is very talented in creating a special jewelry item. After my husband passed away she created for me such a beautiful necklace from my wedding band and my husband’s. I wear it most every day. I have been a customer since 2012 when I got a personalized tag necklace with my daughter’s name and birthstone for my first Mother’s Day. Since then I’ve been back for different occasions. I always find what I’m looking for and more. The staff is always so attentive. When I moved out of Allentown it was harder to stop by the shop but now we have Thursday’s happy hour and shopping is so much fun and convenient. I love all my pieces!
