Stopped by recently to drop off an old surge protector/power supply for electronic recycling. Pretty easy to do and they wil lgive you a receipt for it, though you'll have to do your own accounting for the donation as they ring up a $0.00 amount.

Andrea is courteous and great at customer service. She understands the printing machines and is an expert at matching my watercolors color and design to make prints. I recommend her work to my artist friends.

Long line as Brittani proceeded to package items in an out going box while we just waited then stated " it's as frustrating for me as for you guys"...No it's not Brittani, take care of the people then process the out going boxes.

02/2025 went in to use the Amazon return service. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Not much else to say about Staples. Once you've been to one you have been to them all.

I needed help setting up my business card for printing and went to Staples #1500. Mikayla Jones in printing services was outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, while also being genuinely caring. I was so impressed that I wanted to share my positive experience. The helpful, step-by-step guidance I received is why I'm a loyal customer of this store. Mikayla, and the rest of the team, provide truly great customer service!

The employees of this Staples store are top notch, especially in the print department! It’s definitely worthwhile to sign up for their Rewards program! Unlike other stores, your rewards points don’t expire. They add up to allow you to purchase great products from the store!

Only needed to make some copies. One machine tied up for an hour and the other not working. 15 minutes worth of work and we're told it will be done tomorrow. I don't think so.
