I work for a small church where we have very little storage space so I purchase copy paper 1 carton at a time and go to the store for the 1 hour pick up. This Staples location always go above and beyond with having the order ready quickly and then helping me load a very heavy box of paper into my vehicle, even when they are super busy.

Great store with many wonderful items and a great selection for school supplies ,office or home. Good prices and great products. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly eager to help and assist. Keep up the great work!

This place is a joke was paying with an old ten from 1995. So they wanted to use there money checker machine the other customer had issues with there money. Was told they can’t take it for a $5.02 order. There checker is broken and won’t accept cash. Might as well say only accept debit cards won’t be coming here at all.

Huge thanks to Iris at the Printing center for helping me figure out the best paper to print my wedding ceremony cards & sign. It was hard to tell from the website which paper would work best. Iris suggested one and did a test print. Also saved us a lot of time by offering to have them folded. We were very happy with the end results.

BUSINESSES BEWARE! This is not the employee's faults by any means, but rating one star because the USPS pickup from this location is awful. They will not scan your packages when they pick them up, and it creates a lot of hassle. I have been going here to bulk drop off packages for ages, but save yourself the problem and set up an appointment with USPS for business. Not worth losing the money on items that don't update on time.

The most unprofessional ignorant staff ever. I was ignored from the moment I walked in until I had to request for my product pick-up. It was like I was an inconvenience for doing business with them.

Printing services needs to be reevaluated. Went to pick up my order and half of the posters were cut wrong. They offer to reprint them free of charge which was nice. When it stirred that afternoon they only reprint 3 of 4 of my posters. Was told 20 minutes for them to print the last one. I waited an hour. Will not use this Staples again for printing.

Horrendous. I sent them a document that they needed to print 30 copies of. As a teacher, I deal with copiers. 30 copies of a document literally takes me 15 minutes. But it's during the summer so I agreed to pay $140. I called them 4 hours after the request and waited for 5 minutes on hold and never got a response. Called back an hour later and they still had not gotten to it. They called me 30 minutes before the store closed to tell me it was done and essentially said pick it up tomorrow eventhough online said I could pick it up that same day. The price paid for the service is absolutely asinine.

Bad services ? ?I was there to take a picture, and when I told them I'd need a digital one, they told me to call client services tomorrow. I pay 16$ for nothing .

I was told that they can indeed package and ship a frame picture for me. When I returned with the frame picture I was suddenly told this was not possible. Will not rely upon them to do any further copying or shipping. FedEx is just as close. I just had a coupon for $10 off which is why I was interested.

The workers do good with their job and they provide good service and have helped me out plenty of times.
