one of the nicer sheetz in the area in my opinion, except for the restroom are really going down hill in the last month or so. Toilets not clean, floors dirty, paper towels and toilet paper all over the place. Sorta makes you think what it looks like in the back area where they are touching everything else.

Every single time I come here and don't use the self checkout you have to wait for a cashier to notice you standing there.Its not just me either,I've had conversations while standing and waiting. Horrible customer service.

Stay away from this place between 2am and 3am it's a disaster they start restocking and cleaning coffee pots don't waist your time find another place

First must say that the staff is courteous and efficient. I thought I would try one of their subs as people are always comparing it to Wawa.
I felt really ripped off with this experience. There was very little meat and what was there was not of high quality. They charged extra to put cheese on the sub which is something I have never seen before. Also the cheese that they did put on was a tiny little sliver. They tried to make it look like a lot with shredded lettuce and the tomatoes were not ripe.
Overall it felt like a corporation trying to extract as much money as possible while giving you as little as possible. I will never go back.

This is the worst sheetz around. Every time i order food from here, they alway forget something or dont make it right. Today i ordered a 5 piece chicken tender and only recived 2 chicken tenders. Would not recommend this place.

Crystal is a top notch manager!! She went out of her way to make sure I got a gas receipt that I forgot to ask for!! She definitely deserves some recognition for the polite way she handled while managing her normal road blocks of a shift. I am a manager at a restaurant, and know that’s how I would want my management team to handle guest issues!! Great job!

What happened to the older man that cleaned the parking lot? There is trash all over , the cans are over full. He isn't there????? The bathrooms are dirty and the floors unsweetened. He kept the place so nice.

Like many of their other locations, either there is no water for the squeegees, there is debris in whatever water the do have or the squeegees are wrecked. Its the cheapest thing in the world to keep things up to snuff. Why not do it?

The order alwase take 20+ minutes, small or large. Like yesterday during late noon , hardly had 3 customers, took 28 minutes to get one sandwich after payment. Better drive 2 mini far to WAWA which is way superior on food. Not going back for food .

Don't waste your money here. I ordered a fry platter via Uber eats (my bad for trusting you guys to do your job) and I received a box with 10 fries. No toppings. Seriously? Should've just refunded me.
