I recently had my Volvo XC40 in for repaired due to a tire truck hitting my vehicle on the PA turnpike. I was very happy with David Judd who assisted me during the process. He was very nice, and offered great service. They did an amazing job on getting the bumper and everything done for me, it looks brand new. The paint job and trim were fantastic and look the same as they day of purchase. I can definitely say I can recommend Scott Collision Center if anyone needs repairs completed.

One of the Collision Center staff members, Seleana, provided extremely poor service. Despite informing her that I had insurance coverage for my car's windshield replacement and needed to know the time frame due to the lack of a loaner car, she was unhelpful. When I asked about the work time frame to get her answer, she simply said she would call me by 'end of the day' without specifying a time. Upon pressing for clarification, she abruptly hung up without taking any of my contact information to give me the answer. Upon calling back, another staff member (Mariana) transferred me to Seleana, who then refused to accept my car for repairs, despite knowing I had insurance approval. Her behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I wanted to talk with manager about this issue, she said she is an office manager.

I highly recommend scott for any repairs. The communication throughout the entire process was seamless. My car looks better than when i bought it off the lot! Will be returning for any future work on my Mazda.

The place is run by the most unprofessional staff. Too many places that do the same but with a better customer service. Do yourself the favor and find somewhere else. You will thank me.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This facility appears to be reactive, as opposed to proactive and professional. Plenty of local facilities with more professional services rendered in a timely fashion.

While their service center seems top notch, you may be in store for a headache if you choose the collision center. I opted to forgo dealing with insurance because I knew the people that caused damage to my car, and the Scott desk rep told me it would be maybe a day. Well, a day turned into a week. Luckily, I had access to another car. Otherwise, I would've been shelling out a few hundred dollars at least to rent a car that could've been covered by insurance. I feel bad for people that may be caught in this situation that do not have additional transportation.Then to add to it, I had another issue I wanted to fix since it was there anyway. They knew about it from the beginning, then waited until after the first repair was finally done to confirm with me AGAIN that they were doing this repair and only then ordered the part. So not only did that add at least another unnecessary day to wait for the part to come, but that turned into like 3 days because that part was "late" to arrive as well. A part they should've ordered from the beginning. Meanwhile, the service desk reps seemed like they couldn't give the slightest F if this would be an inconvenience.

Was in an accident Father’s Day and had my car serviced 2 weeks before hand at pep boys was given a clean bill of health took almost 5 weeks for the car to be “fixed” was told my car was good to go except for 2 parts that needed to be replaced, the parts were not faulty before the accident but they would not replace them as they said it was an ongoing problem before the accident, I took the loss and said ok I paid my deductible and made it 3 blocks before the car stopped receiving power to the engine since they hadn’t fully inspected my car after the accident because they where being cheap they took it back turned out to be the transmission oil pan car continued leaking more and more coolant since it was in the accident replaced the part they said was leaking coolant now it turns out it’s a completely different part on the other side of the engine right were the accident happened and they are trying to saying that this was also just dumping out gallons out coolant before my accident and that it will not be covered they are lazy, incompetent, and a bunch of scammers do yourself a favor tell your insurance company to send you elsewhere or save yourself a headache and take your vehicle elsewhere on top of that the receptionist is very rude god forbid you call multiple times because your tired of being jerked around or sent to voicemail when you were supposed to be transferred to a live person

Worst customer service and follow up ever! Erie insurance gave me this as an option. My question is: if they don’t have the time nor do they want to do the job, why do they accept it??? I could have taken my car somewhere else…and did when it hadn’t even been looked at in 8 days. Just needed a windshield. I called weeks in advance to SCHEDULE an appointment. What a waste of time. Jim needs fired. He’s simply a liar.

Total mess over there. I was told that they weren’t prioritizing drivable vehicles and that my car could be fixed in 60 days. 60 days rolls around, I receive no call or email. After calling they told me they’d call me back to get the exact date and never did. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. I was told the part never came in and that I’d have to wait another 60 days to get the car fixed. After pressing to speak to Jim, he was able to get my car in 4 days later.Jim offered me a discount on tires after giving me the runaround; when I went in to pay, he forgot the discount he promised and was irate and extremely unprofessional / rude. I won’t be back and trust the other 1 star reviews.
