Santander closed at least half their branches my local one was one of them. Last night I had to stop and put cash in my account, so I had to go out of my way to this branches ATM that "accepts deposits" only to get there and it didn't accept cash deposits. I used to like banking with yall, now it's just a hassle. Do better.

The ATM never takes my full cash deposit. It always kicks back 2 bills every time, not a specific denomination just 2 bills. Please fix the machine. I never had this problem at the Downey park branch, the ATM there worked correctly. You closed the wrong branch.

I`m a business owner and called to ask about opening a bank account with them, which the first lady transfer me to an accounting executive. waited about 15 min on hold because the person was busy at the moment. Right when she answered, my personal phone ring and I asked her is she could give me a minute while I pick up my cell phone and tell the caller to call me be back, She said no, you need to call us back and hang up. That tells me right there, they have no interest in bringing new business in and their customer services is poor. Would not bank with them after all.

We having been coming to this branch for almost 3 years. Everyone has ALWAYS been professional, friendly and provided great service. Its nice to go to a branch where staff greet you by your first name!

i have been using Santander bank since i was 18 when it was called Sovereign Bank this branch i have been going to for 12 years and i have had no problems with the people working here or even banking issues or hidden fees if you read the paperwork you will know what not to do so you can avoid extra charges

I only wish that I could give ZERO stars. This bank sends me a postcard to open a business checking account. I called to inquire what documents I needed and to setup an appointment. After emailing them three times with documents they requested and to confirm my appointment, I got no response. A BIG ZERO in the basics of doing business!

Not a problem with the branch. Nice enough people but they don't seem to have authority to solve problems. My problems are with the Bank itself. Hidden fees, terrible on line management. Missing statements, invoices not sent. Worst experience I have ever had with a bank. It's almost like they were trying to intentionally, cheat the customer on a small but very annoying scale. When the snow melts I will be closing all my accounts.

Not a criticism of the branch office but the Bank itself. Hidden fees, incompetent accounting, terrible online management. You generally get what you pay for but in Santander's case you pay more and get less. Worst experience I have ever had with a bank. When the snow melts I will be closing all my accounts.

The employees here are just unbelievable rude. They don’t even let you get a word in to talk. You have to wait 20 min before someone even acknowledges you and then you get greeted with attitude. Just not somewhere I would keep my money. They’re not willing to help you solve any problems.

Initially, I started at one star. I needed to have my address updated and got nothing done here (via phone and in person). I called Santander Customer Support and was in touch with a woman working from home doing Santander business (complete with a dog barking and child whining in the background. I understand the situation but was more upset for having to be on the phone nearly 20 minutes only to find out a few days later that all the 'updating' that phone agent did was nothing).I REALLY NEEDED to have the update to use my card locally!!!I called this Santander one last time and was connected to an agent named Ramon. What a God-send !!!! He was pro-active and told me to stop by the drive-up window so he could meet me and get all the information necessary to update my address. After meeting with Ramon, all my records were updated within 24 hours !!!!!Shout out to Ramon at the Chew St Santander Branch !!!Customer Service the way it used to be back in the day!!!Thanks so much, Ramon!!!

Last week i tried to open new account. I waited 15 minutes to be seen, finally employee came over i gave all necessary information BOOM was told computer is down. She recommends i come back another time.
