I always get 10 items or less so that I can walk out and have them scan three items in my cart and then send me on my way. Everything is conveniently done through the app, including scanning of my items. It is such a efficient way of shopping and I just totally love it! It’s always a good experience when shopping for my 10 or less items at Sam’s Club.But I’m only giving it four stars because when I go to the gas station for some reason, all of a sudden my registered credit card doesn’t work with the app when buying gas. I can buy groceries and everything from Sam’s Club but when I go to their gas station, all of a sudden it doesn’t work, so I’m a little confused.

This is one of my favorite places to shop, my car never seems big enough for everything I can buy is all there, from foods to things we need daily use of products.

Membership-only warehouse chain selling a variety of bulk grocery items, electronics & home goods.This location has a gas station, where the gas prices are so much cheaper, it actually pays your membership off after using a few times. I paid $3.13 a gallon for unleaded, which near my house it's $3.49-$3.39 ( with a membership to that gas station ) they have optical , tires and batterie service for your car and a nice food court after checking out. Prices are cheap for the food court. They have a larger bakery department then the Sams club that's closer to my home, which doesn't have a gas station. Traffic isn't bad at all if you go late morning. If you look good, there is always extra goodies on clearance. Place is very clean and welcoming. I had put some large and heavy items in my cart, and pulled my back out, I spoke with a very compassionate and friendly worker who suggested after I check out , to have them page one of the cart employees to help me, to put all my items into my car. Which was such a relief for my. The young gentleman was so nice and caring, treated each item like there were fragile while placing into the back of my car. He seems to love his job. The only reason for losing 1 star , can't seem to understand why, they have an employee at the door who won't let you in without showing your membership card. You can't pay for your order without scanning your membership card, so that's a wasteful point to me, especially when she has a line of people trying to come into Sam's and shop.

My fiancé and I found a fire pit online that was significantly less in price at Allentown location vs the store we normally go to, Temple, and decided to take a drive up that way after the app said they had 6 of them in stock. We didn’t see them out and asked Jodi for help who looked it up by the item number. She then asked another gentleman who looked in to it and told us that model was discontinued and their inventory must have been incorrect. They told us to check at the Temple location as they had 6 or the Easton location who had 14. When we explained we actually live closer to the a temple location but the price was different at their store they were very apologetic and offered us a $20 gift card for gas to make up for our time lost coming up there. We were already so blown away by the customer service but it doesn’t end there! Jodi took it upon herself to start calling the other stories to verify they actually had these in stock and if they could set one aside for us so we didn’t waste anymore of our time going to another location and having the same issue. She called the temple location who did have them but did not want to put one aside without us paying for it ahead of time (take some customer service lessons from The Allentown location!) and then wouldn’t match their price so we decided against proceeding with purchasing from them. In the meantime, Jodi had arranged to have 3 guys pulled off the floor and checking the stock room without us knowing trying to find the fire pit for us and when we were about to call it quits after she was on hold with the Easton store, Bobby, Jacob and Izzy came around the corner on the fork lift with a pallet of fire pits! They checked their entire stock room trying to find these for us and did! We were beyond excited and I can’t thank the staff enough, not only for their kindness and how they treated us but for taking the time to actually check and make sure they didn’t have them before they just sent us away. And on top of it, they still insisted on giving us the $20 gift card they promised us for the trouble of waiting. That has to be the best customer service I’ve ever had! Thank you so much Jodi, Bobby, Jacob and Izzy!

Understaffed in tire and auto. Really difficult to schedule because no one answers your call. Low gas price, good product selection, but they are failing in tire and auto. Hopefully they will improve staffing or allocate services to another facility.

Love our Sam's clubs in the Lehigh Valley. Scan n go is so convenient I highly recommend. Just got two new tires put on today to replace the two Mavis would not stand behind and let me tell you what a difference in professionalism and customer service. They explained the whole rotation thing to me (whereas Mavis did not) plus their rotation is not "rotate every 3X around the block", lol, it's much longer .. I'm sure taking into account that life gets in the way and covid, less driving and so on. Plus looks like car may need alignment and crazy thing is it is right in Mavis' notes we asked for one & they said we didn't need. If I had the energy & inclination I would fight them but I don't. Tires were done at Sams in less than an hour... not 5-6 hrs like Mavis. For the record we spent 610.00 on 4 tires just 2 yrs ago at Mavis and after 20,000 miles both front tires are shot. They won't stand behind warranty on 60k mile tires bc I did not rotate. (High risk covid.. I've barely been out lol -the miles on car are from my essential worker hubby... ty essential workers!) Much better experience all around!! Ty Sams!!

Good location right off is highway 22, the employees are friendly and helpful when you need help locating an item. They store is always stocked with merchandise

OPTICIAN I had an eye dr appointment at the optical center on airport rd in the Sams Club. I have been at quite a few optometrists office since I've worn contacts for 25 yrs. I have to say this was the best experience ever. Dr Tracey George is so professional, smart, thorough and very informative and has a wonderful personality! I learned so much about my eyes, my contacts and treatments than I ever had from any other eye dr. I wish I would've found her yrs ago. I feel so much better and more confident under her care.

Purchased an item for in store pick up the next day, paid for the item, money was deducted from my account,was given a time frame to pick up( between 1-2 pm. Arrived at store at 1 pm only to find that my item was sold, and now not available in store or online

We went to Sams club on Saturday, March 22. In spite of the recent events, I must say that our local Sams Club was managing things extremely well! The lines were orderly, plenty of staff to guide you and help and I agree with the way they were limiting many items so everyone has the chance to get what they need. They were sanitizing the carts between users. The lines may have looked long but moved incredibly fast due to their amazing staff Way to go Sams Club!
