The organization of the store is a disaster, I am a Caregiver and my patient is disabled, how do they expect him to be able to do his shopping with that, aisles full of hooks, clothes on the floor, a total disorder, customer safety on the floor. The staff walked through the hallways and looked at the clothes on the floor and were not the ones to pick them up from. The hallway is so small that you can't even look for clothes properly.

Great deals, can be a bit disorganized or busy but that's retail, especially when people aren't paid living wages and often have to wear multiple hats. That's just how it goes in retail. But really great prices and a decent stock in different sizes and styles.

Well I would like to begin this is one of my favorite stores. Second my daughter is a teacher and one day inside Ross an associate by the name of Jennifer always willing to help and knows her stuff. So now I know she ia there every Saturday morning see you Saturday Jennifer if you guys see her say HI ?? let her know she is doing a great job!! Tell her Ms. A's mom told you to say HI!!!!

They have some nice wares but the shopping experience leaves a lot to be desired. The store always looks trashed (items strewn everywhere--including in the aisles) and I've never waited less than half an hour to check out. On Sunday there was one register open with 30+ people waiting in line. I just put my purchase back and walked out. I genuinely feel bad for the people working here.
