The employees are extremely nice and helpful. I’ve been using the same Rite Aid for over 40 years. A CVS store opened closer to me but because of the way I’m treated I will be a loyal customer for years

Why does JUDY have a monopoly on being CHIEF TORTURER and interpreter of the CORPORATION POLICIES) (over and over and over again ad nauseam) in order to make patients suffer longer? Are there not any other equally committed sadists on staff?

I like visiting this store/pharmacy because the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Love this store and all rite aids. They always have fully stocked shelves and carry just about everything you would need and more. They have great sales and a hard-working and caring staff. Stores are always clean, neat, and organized. Rite aid is so much better than CVS in every way. It is the best.

Called the pharmacy today to request they fill my medication for a 90 day supply instead of a 30 day a supply and the tech on the phone tells me they aren’t able to do it. I explain the savings card for the med states it will accept a 30 or 90 day script. I asked her to please call the manufacturer to ask them how to process it this way in their system. She tells me they’re too busy to call because they’re doing vaccines and that I can call myself even though they need to speak to them to see how to enter the script in their system. Poor customer service and poor patient care.

Love this store and all rite aids. They always have fully stocked shelves and carry just about everything you would need and more. They have great sales and a hard-working and caring staff. The pharmacy is so slow, 10 hours to fill a prescription and you come to pick it up and it's still not ready. That's a sad situation.

This service at this pharmacy is deplorable. I had 2 appointments for flu shots, and we'll still waited over 40 minutes. Why did I make an appointment and still have to wait 45 minutes. When I said something to the angry Judy behind the counter she snapped back at me. She told the next customer she needed earplugs because she didn't want to listen to me. She is almost always miserable. No customer service whatsoeve.

Very unprofessional very unorganized very ignorant I have life sustaining medication that was missplaced nobody knows anything so now I have to contact my old pharmacy witch is 5 hours away just because people do not know how to do they job nobody cares anymore about anything it's been like this for over a month now this rite aid is a bunch of can't get Rights and dizzy dinosaurs

I like to b fair so I'm updating my prior review from the bad experiences 2+yrs ago. I'm happy to see that apparently management took not just my but many other poor reviews seriously. The older lady w/the bad attitude seems to have been replaced by a Very Nice friendly "Aunt Bea" type. I believe she runs the pharmacy in back and does a terrific job. Very friendly, quick and knows her stuff. It's Great to not have to dread picking up my prescription again. Way to acknowledge your patrons needs @RiteAid??

Larger, cleaner and more spacious than a CVS while also doing money orders. It also has a pharmacy and drive thru I haven't used yet.

Good ole Rite Aid ti the rescue! Walk in grab ehat you need, pay and walk out kind of deal. Store is well lit and very spacious.Easy to get to with lots if parking. Associates are great most times with a few occasional grumpy ones here and there.Definitely always find what I'm looking for to make my visit a breeze.Prices are decent sometimes for certain things when on sale and other times makes you just either wanna bamba or to not chill with the big boys.
