2 years ago from today, I found out that I was pregnant with my baby boy. I was in a tough situation and brought myself to buy a plan b. It was at this Rite Aid that I purchased it from. If that plan b would have worked, I would not be where I am today. My baby is happy as can be, and I feel great about it. Thank God, Amen.

The older lady at the pharmacy seems that she doesn't want to work, she treats customers badly, she is very rude.

This rite aid stole 12 of my pills. I got my meds and not even 24 hours later I called the pharmacy saying the script was 12 short. I explained why i counted them. The box was open and taped. Which I thought was odd. When I called the pharmacist Sammy said they have no count of their pills because their modem was down. This went on for 3 weeks. One time I called they said their count was off by hundreds but there's nothing they can do because of the modem. 3 weeks later magically their count was right and had the audacity to say my mother stole my pills. I made a complaint through rite aid and was told this would be an expitited case to the district manager. No one called. I think miss Sammy stole my 12 pills and has the audacity to say my mother stole them. Little does she know my mother is disabled and can barely get out of a chair anymore. Let alone climb stairs.

Shelves are always empty refrigerator as well they don’t have any thing restocked you can’t buy what you need because everything is empty like at this point they should just close it down because they never have anything that your looking for

Of all the Rite Aids to close, why couldn't this be 1 of them?? The parking's atrocious and the staff are so rude and lazy. 1 time I went, there was a biggest line for the pick up I'd ever seen. There were clearly enough people to help, but at least 1 of them was hiding in the back (she already looked furious for whatever reason. Probably couldn't find parking). When I finally got there, they tried to charge me 4 times the amount for 1 of my meds. After I had to verify myself a few times, to a very nasty lady who clearly didn't want to be there, I checked out with another lady who was either stoned, or it was her 1st day because she didn't seem to have any idea of what was going on. That was a half hour I wished I used at another location. If you don't like your job, fine, but don't take it out on the customers. It's not our fault your location sucks

I feel really bad for the employees. They are incredibly understaffed with numerous orders per day. If you need an antibiotic or something to use asap, I recommend finding a different pharmacy. When they receive a medication, it will take them at least 48 hours to fill it and that is a generous time frame.

I called 5x consecutively to see if my scripts were ready and no answer. I opted for the front of the store just to confirm the pharmacy was opened. They stated yes and transferred me but that wait was so ridiculous, I decided to walk in the cold with arthritis in both knees. I live pretty close to walk here. But man, please hire more techs!!!

I don't know what is going on but need my meds filled. Did it over the phone yesterday but haven't heard back that it is filled. Tried doing it through the app but my prescriptions don't even show up on there. I am running out of meds and need them. I tried calling yesterday and just kept ringing. Going to try again today but no one answers I am going to have to walk there in the cold. Right now I am not feeling to good. Just need my meds

Wonderful store, absolutely horrific to get your meds filled on time. Once AGAIN, here I am sitting in the pharmacy waiting when I was told they are ready. They aren't. The cashier went to let the pharmacist know, and really loud in front of everybody, "It's not my problem, it's hers." Good luck if you are trying to call, they seldom pick up the phone! After they fill my meds here I am switching to another pharmacy.
