A mall for rental cars. Very clean and neat. Shuttles could be more frequent. I usually spend more time waiting for the shuttle than my check bag.

Service was good. We had a few customers ahead if us. There was no paperwork except a check in voucher provided even though I purchased insurance coverage. There is no number given to call for emergency or even placed in the car.

Traveling is always unexpected, and after 7 delayed flights and a 22 hour travel day, Hamp Smith Jr with National rental car was a bright light. His customer service was outstanding and his demeanor was a breath of fresh air when it came time for me to panic and rent a car last minute. He went above and beyond to talk me through options while there was a line of people behind me. I did not feel rushed into making a decision, he provided complimentary water, and was incredibly friendly. This was my first time in Pennsylvania, but if Hamp is what everyone is like here, I'll definitely come back!

I have nothing nice to say about Dollar Car Rental. Please use this and other reviews as a warning. I have always used my EZPass transponders in the rentals. Normally I use Hertz and never had a problem with using my E-ZPASS. Dollar has a TOLL FEE system. Somehow it blocked my transponder and just picked up the license plate when driving through the tolls. Weeks later I get a list of tolls to be paid through them which is fine in itself but then they charge you a service charge of $15. for each toll. I told the representative when I picked up the car that I had my own EZPASS and she didn't say anything. For a rental of 7 days I got 4 bills sent to me. Each one with a couple more charges added on. I called the dispute number the was on the bill. They said they can knock off 50% of their service fee of $90 down to $45 plus my actual toll charge. I took the deal because I didn't feel like fighting anymore. They only reason I used Dollar is because I was using my points earned from my credit card. Boy, sometimes it doesn't pay. So if you've read my review this far here's my advice; when you use your EZPASS transponder in a rental, go on your E-ZPass account and put the rental car's license plate number in to link it with your transponder. DO NOT USE DOLLAR RENTAL or HERTZ (SAME COMPANY) PLEASE -- be careful about using their cars. They have a TOLL FEE system attached to their car. They will send you charges for tolls you never went through weeks after you have gone home. I was charged for "Brooklyn Bridge Tolls" -- but never went to New York!! $181 for the fee!! I repeatedly sought assistance to get this cleared up but was told by Allentown Dollarrental manager "they don't have anything to do with us." So, they have a BOGUS company making additional charges to your credit card company. When you try to sort it out you can't get in touch with Hertz or Dollar. The Bogus fine company refuses to research the validity of the claims. Unless you have receipts for where you were at the time of "toll" you can't prove you were there. It's a complete rip-off. I will never use this company again. You have been warned

The staff was very nice , gave us a decent selection of cars available to use for the day ! Also forgot something in the car , so I was able to get ahold of an employee who helped me out and was able to mail them to me being that I live about two hours away ! So super nice and helpful ! Would go back to them
