Very pushy been with Rent A Center more than 6 years and never have I felt so disrespected For a payment and harassedLike I feel now with the store . After they call you once and you tell them you’re gonna pay online they call you back in 20 mins to harass you. Very disappointed. With the type of respect I’ve been receiving from rent a center . After this contract with you guys I will never do business with this company .

My only concern is that I was offered a deal of first payment low payment and that my Auto-Pay was attempted 3 days before it should have originally supposed too. I received actual possession of my furniture on a Monday evening about 6 pm and the auto-pay was attempted on Saturday at 2am. My card does not have banking hours at this time. Monday would have been appropriate

I feel like this store does way too much and the way they harass you for being late is ridiculous no one should be coming to your door for being late or calling the references you put down because “they are looking for you” it’s weird especially if I was previous customer and paid off other items prior to this. It’s giving broke and desperate tbh.
