Pretty packed small store everything was kinda all over but the prices are great my daughter loves to come to shop here the staff are nice and helpful so I give it a 3-4 stars

The store closes at 8 and if you how hard it is to find parking in downtown Allentown it’s hard. So I had to drive around the block to find parking and park on the side street which isn’t far from the store so me knowing they close at 8 when I get there the door is locked and when I arrived it was only 7:35 I end up calling the store several times for the lady to tell me oh I lock the door at 7:30 and I told her I only had a return I didn’t even want to buy nothing she is going to tell me to come back because once the door is locked she doesn’t take anyone else. So unprofessional at least if you are gonna lock the doors early lock them at 7:45

I haven't been in a Rainbow or like store in some time but my adult daughter and I have been looking for costumes (sans the cheap crap at the costume stores). Spent 45 minutes in the store and had probably $200 worth of stuff ready to try on. Asked an employee about a pair of jeans in the window and was told they were probably the only pair like that and she's take it off the mannequin only if I were actually going to buy them. Well, ummm... not super thrilled with the what I was told, but okay. I responded with letting her know I couldn't guarantee that since I'd have to try them on (makes sense, I thought!). She then told us (mind you were holding (no carts) piles of clothes) they had no fitting rooms. I'm sorry, what?!? She proceeds this with stating all Rainbows have gotten rid of their fitting rooms. No, they haven't - my daughter regularly shops at the one near us. She suggests we stand in the store and try stuff on over our clothes...I don't know about any of you, but that simply does not work for me. She we handed her our piles of intended purchases and left. The 3 stars is for their selection and for the one employee's courteous attitude. Otherwise, I'm going 1 star. Interested in shopping here? Prep to buy, take home and try on, and return as needed.

MY SON HAD TO USE THE BATHROOM BADLY AND THEY REFUSED TO LET HIM TAKE A PISS IN THEIR BATHROOM! I REPEATEDLY ASKED THEM NICELY TO ALLOW HIM TO USE THE BATHROOM! VERY CRUEL! THIS IS WHERE HUMANITY HAS CAME! AND IT DISGUSTS ME! AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME AND I LITERALLY LEFT THE STORE FOR 20 MINS OR SO TO FIND SOMEWHERE FOR HIM TO PEE! AND CAME RIGHT BACK! THE ONE LADY LOOKED LIKE SHE WOULD HAVE TOOK HIM RIGHT BACK HAD THE OTHER LADY NOT REFUSED HIM MULTIPLE TIMES! AS MUCH AS THIS IS GONNA SCAR ME IM SURE IT DEFINITELY TRAUMATIZED MY POOR 7 YEAR OLD. IM FUMING! THEY WOULD HAVE LET MY SON PISS ON HIMSELF FOR ALL THEY CARED. SMH. When I called corporate even the lady that answered wasnt empathetic. everybody needs some training
