The phlebotomist I had, Lori, was fantastic! She was competent and professional. I was there for my 8 year old son, which she handled with great patience and care. We came in with a rather complicated situation - I was only going to run half of the tests ordered. Normally, I would be untrusting that things would get ordered/handled correctly, but Lori was so knowledgeable and deserves recognition for it.

Not a good experience, I scheduled a test on the website, when I got there, the nurse told me there was nothing in the computer and that The test had to be paid before the test, that really su...c, bc I lost my day work. In the website didn't mention anything about paying, I asked the nurse if she can process the paymenet there and she said no, Im so upset, I only posting this so Quest do something about it, I feel like not going back there againg...

Went in for a drug test last week for a new hire position. Informed the lab tech I started taking prescribed adderall this past month and asked if it would effect my drug test. She repeatedly told me it was fine and wouldn’t show up. It did and because my specimen got sent away for further testing I lost the job. Try listening to your patients.

Before even going in here make sure you call and make an appointment these people do not care about their walk-ins I walked in today a Saturday I waited almost 2 hours to do a urine test. The employees here were very rude when I asked them a simple question about when they were going to get to the walk-ins the answer I got was they were booked and they were going to get to the walk ins if they can there was a total of about 10 appointments all scattered in time frames. The employees were all just talking in the back you can hear them in the waiting room. Will never recommend to anyone.

They aren’t very bright and make you feel stupid. They don’t know how to do their jobs. It was a routine visit for a health screening for my company. It wasn’t a challenge but they didn’t understand and then shooed my away. This location makes all quest diagnostic locations look bad.
