Old fashioned health food store. You can get some loose herbs as well as body products, store bagged bulk goods, local meats and dairy, Blue Q products and an alternative medicine section all packed in a small space. It's well laid out, doesn't feel cramped.

I went in for honey and pollen. I asked what I could use for a toothache and I was given Clove oil. Essential oil. When I used it, it made my mouth burn and sore. I called to see if I did something wrong. I didn't they did. I wasn't supposed to use Essential oil. I was supposed to use plain Clove oil.
The worse part is they made the mistake, and would not give me a refund. Their mistake, yet no refund? I could see if it was my mistake but it was theirs. Maybe it's time to look for somewhere else to buy honey and pollen.
It makes wonder how much these people really know about the products they sell.
I would have given no stars but I couldn't.

I love this store, they have so many good,
organic products and I shop here pretty often. The only thing I dislike is that every time I shop here I notice the older women following me and watching me. I spend a good amount of money here and they have to recognize me by now. I shopped there today, and thought, maybe its in my head, but my order was about $56.00, after being behind me in each isle, the women employee then proceeded to Scan every single bill I gave her to make sure they were real. It just turns me off to wanting to go there, it's offensive and I do not shop here as frequently as i used to because of it. It's sad because i absolutely LOVE what the store has to offer, but don't treat your loyal customers like criminals.

Excellent HEALTHY store. Vitamins, Herbs, etc. ALL Types of great products to help your body and mind. Staff is very nice & knowledgeable. Discount for Senors 60+!!! I'll be back.

Queen's carries a lot of items that several other places do not. Staff is always helpful on the phone so feel free to call in and ask for anything you may be looking for.

i visited queen's today looking for some less-common supplements. the 2 women who were working were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. i picked up 4 items that i would otherwise only be able to find online. great selection (huge selection!) and terrific staff. thanks, queens, you'll be my first choice going forward.

I frequently shop here and even though there are things that are a hassle I really like to shop local.For example whenever you ask them if they have something they will automatically tell you no and then you go and find it yourselfThe vibe is a little weird and they're not particularly friendly .I've gotten stuff from there that was out of date or bad before and they've made it right. I went in there today to return some supplements that when I opened them they were rancid and they refused to refund it.He said they can't return them because it's been opened but how else would you know a product was bad unless you opened it? He wasn't even willing to exchange it.The manager went so far as to eat one and his face and hard swallow told me everything I needed to know because they really were disgusting lol.Who even does that? Who tastes a product that a customer just told you was off? So weird.Its a product that I've purchased before,so I know how they should smell/taste. If you look at the Amazon reviews, there are a lot of recent complaints about bad batches.I asked him if they were really willing to lose a weekly customer who spends 50 to $100 a week there over a $26 item and he said yes.The manager did say that if the company refunded them they would refund me but I won't ever shop there again .It just seems to me that when you're a small business and you have a handful of loyal customers maybe don't alienate them.

Just called and asked about mushroom extract. I was told they have an entire mushroom section that does indeed have extract in it. I asked if they would be able to check if they had these certain kinds and the woman o the phone snapped at me that she had to put me on hold because she had to ring up a customer. Ok I said and then she was going to put someone else on the phone but then just decided to hang up on me. Maybe in the off chance you read this, I needed to know about specific mushroom extracts because my grandmother was just diagnosed with lung cancer and already has decided she will not be getting the traditional medicine (chemo and radiation). So I have been up all night scouring my natural health food books and came across mushroom extract for any kind of cancer. But thank you for being rude to a complete stranger who actually needed assistance. I have been going there anytime I have ever needed natural products so at least 12 years. But that stops today, way to go!
