This is the worst worst worst branch of pnc ! I have been banking with pnc over 15 years. If if I have to go inside at this location it’s always a nightmare! Starting with cashiers and their managers and the entire team at this branch is horrifying ! Stay away and never use this branch! I have almost left pnc as the only two times I used this I was ready to take my money elsewhere. Corporate needs to clean out this entire team and start fresh . Wish I could give ZERO stars THATS THE SERVICE YOU RECEIVE THERE ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO!!!!

HORRIBLE BANK!!! Anytime I go inside I have to wait forever to just complete a basic transaction. The best is having a woman greet you at the door asking if you need a deposit slip. NOOOO we want you to get behind the counter and ACTUALLY WORK!!! A basic sign can do your job!! HIGHLY considering switching banks as enough is enough with the nonsense!!

Very poor customer service. Always a line to see a bank teller who always seem to be in training. Personal bankers do not follow through on promises made. Moved my deposits to a different bank. Highly do not recommend!

I went to this branch to get a single blank check, should have been in and out. But instead I was in line for over 45 minutes while there was a single teller (who very clearly had no idea what he was doing) in the back. The branch manager (I assume) in all her infinite wisdom, decided that she didn't need to open another lane for the 20+ people in line, but instead she was just going to stand over the tellers shoulder and not help him. So what exactly do you get paid to do? Because in the almost hour I had to wait, I saw her do absolutely nothing.Pick a different branch, or better yet, a different bank.

Recently deposited a cashiers check from one of my other banks meaning funds should be made available immediately or 24hrs at the worst instead PNC decided to delay my available funds til a week later when i called to get answers the branch manager on the other end of the phone was hardly understandable and was absolutely zero help. Dude should be fired and this branch should be closed immediately complete garbage. Ive been an account holder for 7 years and have deposited checks like this many times from the exact same other bank with zero issues. Will be happily closing my accounts and taking my money entirely to another bank. Shame PNC used to be the bank i recommended to everyone and i remember this branch have a 4+ star rating. Now it appears more and more people are having an awful experience.

I have been a PNC customer for almost 20 years. Recent customer service when calling the Tilghman square branch (directly) has often left me more frustrated. Today I spent over an hour on hold waiting for some one who never got back on the line. This is has been a repeated experience. I often get the sense that if the employee doesn't feel that your question is worth your time they will just put you on hold until you decide to hang up.

Recently customer experiences have been terrible. Employees have frequently provided information that directly contradicts information posted on the website. When calling the branch expect to wait on hold for long periods of time. If you are lucky enough to have your call is taken back off hold, rarely has the employee been able to answer the question.
