Lousy services , mega lines to access virtual teller and atms are consistently out of order including drive thru atm. Staff at the site are unable to do anything. The supervisor on duty should be able to empty ATMs and reload with cash. That is simple and when the money truckers come give them a deposit bag like any other business would!!!

Wow. What a terrible experience. The Macungie branch went "cashless" and have decided to not longer be open on Saturdays. I went to the Emmaus location. Technically, they were open but I was directed to an ATM like machine to deposit my check virtually. I don't have an account (and never will). What a third world experience that was. I got it done but will never deal with PNC again.

Ridiculous… I walk in and there are cubicles. I’m told it’s drive through only and they can’t assist me with what I need. Seriously the dumbest bank set up I’ve ever experienced. There are no signs outside that it is drive through only. PNC is only confusing their customers.

I tried to deposit a check during their normal business hours and one of the employees there told me I had to make an appointment and no one there could not help me at the time. There were 2 other women sitting there. I drove to another PNC location 15 minutes away where they were able to deposit the check immediately.I really enjoy PNC bank, but I will never return to this location with their minimal "customer service".

You can't do anything at this branch anymore. They closed the drive thru and there are no longer tellers, only people in the cubicles - and they won't do deposits. Sometimes the ATM doesn't work, and when the new big machine in the lobby is down or being worked on (which is fairly often) you have extremely limited options for doing anything at this branch. Disappointing and often a waste of time to stop by and see if the machines are working well enough that you can do whatever you need to do. This branch was awesome before they got rid of the tellers. Now it might as well not even be there

This is the absolutely worst bank ever. This location is useless. The tellers just sit in there chat and watch you at the ATMs but cannot offer any assistance. Machine literally ate paycheck and was told I'd have to wait 10-14 days to resolve dispute. Do not use their ATMs for anything as they are from a 3rd party and no one at this location can help.

Worst customer service of anywhere ever!1/3/23 I stood in front of tellers for ten minutes. Four women were working and talking to each other. No one acknowledged me for ten minutes. Then finally one woman asked what I wanted. I said I want to deposit money and get a new ATM card. The woman said this branch is a solution center and no longer has tellers. She said I can use the ATM outside.

This is the WORST bank in the Lehigh Valley. It should be closed because it is basically a glorified ATM. It does have employees that can open an account for you but that is all they can do. So if you are doing any banking at this branch they just sit around watching. The foyer area is packed with people waiting do access an ATM and they just sit there doing nothing. If the bank is doing this to save money, they should just close this branch and leave the ATM and don’t call it a bank branch because it is not. The person running this branch should be fired for letting this go on.

They take forever! Every time I go in to do a simple transaction I’m there for like half an hour. They need to staff the place more, can’t have one person working such a busy location.ATM is super unreliable. I deposited a check to skip the usual long wait and it didn’t accept the check but kept my physical check and then I had to go in sit with someone and start a dispute process ?♂️?♂️?♂️ Took like 30 minutes and I was in a rush which is why I chose to use the ATM in the first placeThen she tells me people have that issue all the time. Then why keep the ATM in service if you know it’s doing that?? ?
