I had a return from Amazon picked up from this company. They were extremely rude and even damaged the returned product more when picking up. 2 months later Amazon still hasn’t received the return. Never use this company!!!

Got my package a week after it was to be delivered and all I kept hearing was ot will be there tomorrow. Would speak to someone else and got a totally different story. Bad communication and nobody seems to know what they are talking about then they got snippy with us like it was our fault

I received a delivery that unfortunately I was not home to examine otherwise I would have refused acceptance. The outer box was mangled and looked like it had been run over. I was certain, based upon the condition of the box, that the contents would also be damaged and sure enough it was. I would not trust this company with any merchandise delivery. Absolutely horrible!

This is 2nd time the Allentown location messed up my delivery date. Horrible scheduling!!! They lie to try to cover themselves. My couch arrived at Allentown on 7/14 and delivery was automatically scheduled for 7/22. I called customer service and confirmed it was scheduled. I had questions about the times and they said I needed to talk to Allentown. They attempted to contact them and couldn’t. They said that they would send them a message to call me. No one ever called.For multiple days my tracking says scheduled delivery on 7/22. Multiple times it updated the history and said appointment scheduled for 7/22. I left work early to be at home ALL DAY to wait for my delivery. This morning at 6:15am, it says it’s out for delivery. I check the tracking again around 11am to see if there was a time and it says appointment scheduled now for 7/25. Why did my item go from out for delivery to re-scheduled? I called Allentown and Carlos tried to lie about it saying that it just arrived. Then I asked him why no one ever called me and he didn’t have an answer. No one ever called me about delivery. He just kept saying I should have called back again the direct number instead of customer service. Why have customer service if they aren’t communicating with the local locations? Carlos and the Allentown location are HORRIBLE and they don’t care that people take off work and make arrangements so someone is available to sign for the large item.

The delivery driver who delivered our package was friendly. I am only giving 3 stars because scheduling was a nightmare. They moved up the delivery date a week early without checking with me. Having the item delivered early sounds great in theory but someone needed to be home to sign for it. I received an email at 3pm when their office closes at 5pm. The email stated it would be delivered the next day. They didn’t give 24 hours notice. I had to scramble the next morning to try to get ahold of someone to let them know that no one would be there. If they were going to move the delivery date, they should notify the customer and confirm that time works for them. I wasn’t given 24 hrs notice, and you can’t assume someone will just be home.

Item arrived at local hub on wed after two days I called to find out they only deliver to my area once a week and that wasn’t till next Tuesday. He then said you can stop by and pick the item up if you don’t want to wait (which is ridiculous) but ok fast forward to Friday I drove over an hour and called only to be told he needed prior notice and despite being open till five could not get my item. So arranged for vehicle and drove an hour ( not gonna even mention gas) to only be met with this very subpar service

Worst shipping company I’ve dealt with. Ordered a product from Best Buy. They said it had to be shipped with this provider. Was sent shipping confirmation after the first windows were already closed. Called to reschedule and was greeted by rude customer service representatives. I was promised a return call and no one called. If possible choose another shipper before you get into a similar situation. I’m now waiting over 2 weeks just in shipping. Tracking Number 381398948

The lady Renee was the most rude when answering the phone and speaking with her. She was not helpful and pretty much said I was screwed. Not sure why any company would use this company for their shipping.

I ordered a large TV console from Sam’s club. I tracked the order and made an appointment for delivery between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. I received no phone calls or updates regarding delivery. I had to call to get updates. No deliver by 1:00 pm. Another call. I Was told it would be 3:00 pm instead. No delivery at 3:00pmnand no phone call. I had to call again and was told 5:30 pm! I ended up waiting all day for a delivery that had an appointment scheduled! Upon delivery the console was handled terribly. They refused to bring into the living room which is just on the other side of the door. Literally, 4 steps. I told them to take it back. I am one person with no help and the console and packing weighs 274 pounds! The delivery guy gives me a hard time and says ok that they will bring it in. I asked for it to be moved infront of the windows which was two steps away but they dropped this massive console in the middle of the room. I couldn’t even slide it as it was so heavy. Upon removing some of the packing I discovered that the top was cracked completely through. The corners on the end of the console were smushed and rounded. It obviously had been dropped on its end. Seeing how the delivery was mishandled I have little doubt that it had been mishandled and dropped. Pilot refused to come pick it up. They are non responsive customer service was not helpful and not a good delivery service overall. I do not know why Sams club continues to use this terrible delivery company.

Horrible costumer service. I have been on hold for 1hr and the automated voice message keeps saying my estimated time is 10 plus minutes. Horrible costumer service do no work with this company. I regret trusting this company to deliver my products on time.

This is an extremely unprofessional organization. No explanation for delivery options before two men dropped off an extremely heavy home gym set. They simply plopped it onto my garage floor, still wrapped to pallet. I asked them what they were going to do about the pallet. They told me it was my problem and drove off.
